April 30, 2022 Irchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was surprisingly fun.  We got up at the crack of dawn.  Steve was out the door before 8.  Colleen picked me up at 9. I sold water and raffle tickets till 1.  We sold 540 dollars worth of tickets. At 1:30 we went to the raffle.  Then Colleen and I went home to enjoy the solitude.   Steve worked till three.  I stitched for awhile then a trip to the dog park and mailbox.  Culver's for dinner.  Came home and it was time for TV and cuddles with Hazel.  

April 29, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The dreaded day of the craft/car show has arrived.  It should be over by 3.  It is a huge cluster fuck led by Helen.  I thought I was going to have a day to sew. Wrong.  Steve had errands to do.  I got to run in Hobby  Lobby.  Home depot. Wash the truck.  Walmart to pick up prescriptions.  Back by 11.  I dropped Steve at the pavilion with Mike then onto the dog park Dropped in on Colleen.  Then home. Got to hang out in the sewing room for awhile. Lunch. Took the cookies for the bake sale to Patti in 304.  Back home to relax the Steve wanted to put a piece of sheet metal on the cargo trailer to prevent rodents from getting in.  I handed him 8 to 10 rivets.   So necessary for me to be there.  Another dog park run.  Dinner was left overs.  Clean up.  Then stitching with the soda and TV.   

April 28, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ Dewey

 Long day.  We were at the round house helping set up for the craft fair and auto show meeting.  Can't wait till Saturday is over.  Then dog park and lunch.  We hung out at the house til another trip to the mail and dog park.  Got some ccx quilt room time in.  Stitching.  Prepared the cookie bars for the bake sale.  Dinner was spaghetti.   Cleanup.  TV and stitching while the dogs cuddled on the bed..

April 27, 2022 Irchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was an unexpectedly fun day.  I got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores. Then I got to sit down and get some actual sewing done. I hemmed Steve's pants that have been sitting around for months.  I chopped some nuts for the 7 layer cookies made later.  I took the dogs to the dog park and stopped by the trailer to pick something up.  Went and sat down to rest when Colleen texted me and said she wanted to go to Michael's.   Is the Pope Catholic.  So if we went to Michael's  bed bath and beyond and Hobby Lobby.   Finally Safeway.   Then home to unload.  Steve put the new tire on the trailer and covered the Teryx.   I made the bar cookies for the bake sale.  Dinner was frozen burritos.   Clean up.  Finally it was time for TV and stitching and cuddles too.

April 26, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The master has considered his options and is working on being more considerate of my time.  We got up  at 6.  Breakfast and dressing.  Went and got the Teryx took it to the repair shop. Then we sat in the parking lot at the hospital till it was time for my appointment.   Steve took the rain gutter back to Lowes.  Then after retrieving his wallet back at the park he picked me up.  Tries to get the Teryx but it wasn't ready.  Back to the house and parked the trailer.  Lunch, stitching.   About 1:30 we went to get the Teryx.  Put it back in storage.  More stitching. About 4 we BBQ'ed pork steak.  Cleanup  and time for TV and  stitching.  Dog cuddling too.

April 25, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up early so that we could drop the rim for the trailer at Big O. We got a new tire.  We both got hair cuts. Then Hobby Lobby and Home Depot finally Lowes where we got a downspout .  Came home and had lunch.  Then Steve announced that he would have me come out to help him install the new awning pole.  When I objected because I had othe things I wanted to do he decided not to speak to me.  Must be a full moon out as he has pouted all rest of the day. At least I got some stitching done.  We had tacos for dinner. Cleanup and it was finally time for stitching with the dogs.

April 24, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Well this day did not go as planned.  Started laundry after getting up an fixing Sreve breakfast.  Then we decided to run to Colleen's for a bread pick up.  Steve was supposed to work in the shed.  We loaded some things to take to storage. Found a few new things to put out.  Then Colleen where we sat on her porch.  Back to the house for lunch.  I got a few mending things done . Started prepping Steve's pants that need hemming.  Then Steve dragged me over to the storage to play musical trailers.  We are taking the Teryx over to get the parking brake fixed.  That took a couple of hours. More dog park stuff.  The day was over .  BBQ'ED chicken thighs .  Finally it was time to stitch.  Will have to rip out most of what I sewed.  Fun filled day.  

April 23, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I finally got a free day.  Steve did a lot of work in the shed. After chores I was able to do some stitching in the quilt room.  Colleen came over for fabric. We sat and chatted for awhile.  Trip to the dog park. Steve took a very short motorcycle ride.   More stitching for me.  Stuffed chicken breasts for dinner.  Cleanup.  TV and stitching for me.  Cuddles with the dogs.   

April 22, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up leisurely and left about ten to say goodbye to the Mitchell's.   Then if to look for freezer and Walmart so Steve could get a fishing license.  It remains to be seen if he uses it. Then off to Safeway.  Got groceries and brought them home to put away.  Then grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch.  Trip to dog park. A visit with the Fords.  Some quilt room time . Chicken and ham salads. Cleanup and it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 21, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Steve has 30 years sober!.  We got up about 6:30.  Out the door Steve's went carving. Connie and I hit two quilt stores and Hobby Lobby.  The guys were here when we got back.  Were separated for an afternoon rest.  We listened to our neighbor Sally bitch for a good 20 minutes. Then lunch.  A little stitching.  Then we played Mexican train and Fords came over to watch.  We parted for cooking dinner for an hour.  We had a wonderful meal. Then two games of  Five crowns . We finally took them home around 9. I am pooped.  They are leaving tomorrow thank goodness.   It's like visiting with the Stickney.   Too much of a good thing. No cuddles tonight.

April 20, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up early had coffee and were ready with bisquits and grave at nine for the Mitchell's breakfast.  About 10 we did the tour of Prescott.   Then we agreed to rest and meet up in a couple of hours. A quick run to the dog park. Then home to puzzle and stitch.  At three we went to pick them up and visit Colleen and Mike.  Back to the house for a couple of games of 5 crowns both of which I won.  We BBQ'ed hamburgers.   Chatted on the porch and had dessert  there.  Ran them home and it was just about time for bed.  Sill no cuddle time.  1 more day to entertain.

April 19, 2022 Irchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I got up by 7. Breakfast and regular chores then I did some house cleaning, vacuuming and dusting.  Worked on putting things away.  We thought our a activity meeting was postponed but got some mis information from Colleen.  Rushed to the meeting at 11 today.  Then lunch. Stitched for a couple of hours.  Connie and Steve came here about 6.  We made it Casa Perez about 7.  Dinner.  Sat on the patio till about 10 showed them the house.  Steve took them home.  Screwed up the routine.  No cuddles tonight. No TV for that matter. 

April 18, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Another day at Orchard  Ranch.  Got up about 7. Breakfast and chores. Then over to the doctor.  Tests were pretty good.  Then Costco and Walmart.  Finally home for lunch. Then I worked in the quilt room and Steve worked in the shed.  Then I took the dogs to the dog park and stopped on Colleen's porch for a small visit.  More work  in the quilt room.  Finally we BBQ'ed a pork chop . After cleanup it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 17, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We had a great Easter.  We got up about 7. I made the pie. It was yummy. We hung out at the house. I did three loads of laundry  and folded them. I got a little stitching done.  I sent Steve to the trailer for powdered sugar he came back with flour.  So he had to go again.  Second time was a charm.  At 3 we headed over to the Fords for a wonderful dinner.   The Barrets came as well.  We were there until almost 7. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 16, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 What a long day. We drove from kingman home and arrived about 9:15. We got up or more to the point Steve woke me up at 5:30.  We loaded up and were on the road by 10 to 7.  We had breakfast as soon as we got home then unloaded the trailer . Then we put everything we took out back in the trailer.  We were done by noon.  We took the dogs to the dog park and went to see the Fords. Visited for awhile. Then we went to the grocery store for stuff for the party. Once we wee back and groceries half out away we returned the the trailer to the storage.  We put a hole in the back door with the tongue of the small trailer. Amazingly steve did not yell at me. Then back to the house where the Fords showed up. After they left we headed to the dog park.  I did some prep work for tomorrow's  party.  Dinner.  Cleanup anchors.  Finally it was time to sit and stitch with the dogs.  

April 15, 2022 Days Inn, Kingman AZ

 We got up about 7. Got ready.  Apparently Steve got up on the wrong side of the bed as bizarro Steve surfaced.  We grabbed a quick breakfast at McDonald's and ate it on the way over to the park to pick up the trailer.  Then we drove 492 miles to Kingman.  We stopped in Newberry Springs for a subway sandwich. It turned out to be lunch and dinner.  We stopped at Safeway on the way to the motel for gas.  We were tucked into the motel by six .  Steve watched TV while I worked puzzles and stitched.   I am sure anxious to get home and get the trailer unleaded.   We wash got a puppy in our bed. Hope it stays that way.

April 14, 2022 Vista Yosemite Inn, Oakhurst CA

 We got up about 6:30 . That is all the dog would allow.  We had breakfast at the Fairway Cafe.  Then over to the park. We tried to withdraw from the park but we would have to continue to pay our maintenance fees while we wait to get out membership money which would take a year.  We left a few things in the shed and decided not to withdraw at this time.  We finished up around 2 and came back to the motel.  We hung out here a couple of hours we met the McCords and shoemakers for dinner at China Delight in Oakhurst.  A quick trip to Safeway and back to the motel.  More puzzles more stitching.  Finally it was time for cuddles and sleeping.  Back home tomorrow or Saturday. 

April 13, 2022 Vista Yosemite Inn, Oakhurst CA

 We got up about 6:30. Got dressed and headed over to Fairway Cafe for breakfast  then drove over to Park Sierra.  On the way over we got some error messages on the truck we didn't like.  We decided that we should have someone look at it.  We were directed to the rusty piston in Oakhurst.  We sat there an hours while they determined what rmthe problem was. They ordered the part. Someone took us back to the hotel.  We sat in the room til 4:30. I worked puzzles and stitched while Steve napped and piddled around.  Someone came to get home while I fed the dogs.  He came and picked me up and we headed over to Park  Sierra.   We packed up the shed almost entirely.  Then over to Yosemite Grill for a nice super and karaoke. Then back to the motel by 8.  What a day.  Cuddles with the dogs soon.

April 12, 2022 Vista Yosemite Inn Oakhurst CA

 We left bright and early this morning at 7 am.  We drove all the way to Coarsegold arriving about 6 pm.  We barely  got lunch. .We had a minor glitch when the truck reduced engine power.   Somewhere between Bakersfield and Tulare.  We stopped along the side of the road waited a few minutes.  It was fine after that. We dropped the trailer at our site and talked to Gary McCord for awhile then hit the dog park . We got gas at the Casino and  dinner at Roberts frosty before checking in.  Steve hit the bed early but couln't  sleep.  I am headed in that direction now. 

April 11, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up and had breakfast. I got a few things ready for the trip.  Steve took Mike to the storage area and got the cargo trailer. We all unloaded the trailer.  Mike across the street helped with the table saw. Colleen added her two cents.  I stitched most of the afternoon.   A couple of trips to the dog park.  Colleen came over to shop in my fabric.  We had left over ribs for dinner.  After kitchen cleanup it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 10. 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up and putted around the house and the shed.  Chores.  I packed my bag to take to Coasegold.   Then after helping Ste e sort through papers in the file cabinet we took one of the tables out of the sewing room and moved the bookcase in.  We set up the table Colleen got for us and put everything  out.  We made a run to the trailer to get a few things. I stitched for awhile.  Colleen and Mike came for dinner. She brought the sides and desserts. I made the ribs.  They left about 8.  I finished the cleanup. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 9, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I got up 7:30. We left a little after 8 for the park wide garage sale.  We did really well.  I got a book case just down the street.  Steve found a band saw which he wheeled home.  We got a free recliner. A puzzle.  A small crockpot.  Chairs for the quilt room.  A beautiful garbage can for the desk.  And a piece of aluminum to fix the carport.  And finally 4 porch chairs.  It was noon before we got it all delivered to the house and put away.  Best of all we met a lot of our neighbors including the former owner of out house.  I did laundry after lunch.  I changed the bedsheets and remade the bed.  A couple of trips to the dog park.  Put some things in the rig. The went to dinner at Casa Perez.  A quick stop at the bank  for cash.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   Colleen and Mike came by to return some fabric and check out our purchases.

April 8, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The day started out early.  I got up at 6:30.  We were out the door by 8:30.  We went to Home Depot for a small freezer.  We determine that we had another flat tire.  After a quick stop at Office Max we headed over to the Firestone tire place.  Turns out we picked up a nail.  New tire required.  Then a quick stop at Safeway.  Home to unload.  Lunch. Dog park.  I played with my flossed the rest of the afternoon.   Bizarro Steve appeared.  Another trip to the dog park.   A quick stop at the Fords porch.  Then home for dinner where bizarro Steve came out full blast.  The neighbor Mike came over for a few minutes.  Cleanup and finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 7, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Nice day today. We got up early and retrieved our trailer at Affinity.  We put it in storage with very little trouble.  We grabbed a few things out of the trailer. We had lunch.  I wrapped thread all day.  Dog walking. Steve worked on the cargo trailer moving stuff around.  I wrapped thread all day.  We had spaghetti for dinner.  Colleen and Mike came over to visit.  As they were leaving we talked to Mike and Judy across the street.   Came in and did clean up.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 6, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got about 7.  Steve had to take something to Affinity for the trailer repair.  He took a short motorcycle ride.  I did some cleaning  and unloaded a tub. Took the dogs for a walk. Put some pics in the file drawer. Steve came home in time for lunch.  I wound some floss.  Got a quilt out to measure. Did some stitching.   BBQ hot dogs for dinner.  Cleanup and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   Steve seems somewhat better.  He was really off the charts yesterday.   Ugh!

April 5 , 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The day started out pretty good. I got up and made Steve breakfast.   A veggie scramble. I was doing quite a bit of prep.  Steve decided that he wanted to being the cargo trailer over.  I had other plans for my day which included cleaning up my mess and finishing my chores.  So he decided that he wouldn't do anything today and he followed that to a tee.  He did take me to the Post office to mail a pkg to Betty.  At 1 pm I went to the activity meeting with Colleen.  Then home.  Did some stitching and floss winding.  I guess we decided to go the CA Monday.  No looking forward to that.  He is still in a snit.  What a fucking 2 year old.  We BBQ'ed  last night's pork steak.  Finally I could go into the bedroom. It was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 4, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today turned out great.  I got up about 7. I guess I forgot to out grounds in the coffee pot.  Steve to the rescue.  Once I got dressed. Steve decided to take a ride. I got busy on the quilt room. Got alot done.  Wendy brought be a flower arrangement and get well card.  Steve got home about 2.  I got some stitching done.  A quick run to dollar store and Safeway on the way to get Kentucky Fried.  Dinner and cleanup.  Steve was afraid he was going to get trichomoniasis from too much pork meat.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 3, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up and enjoyed the morning. Worked on organizing the quilt room. Steve put the doors on.  I loaded the shelves.  Worked till about 2:30. Took the dogs to the dog park. Visited with the Fords for an hour on their porch.   Came home steve took out the garbage and walked right thru the screen door.  Dropped coffee grounds all over but didn't bother to tell me.  What an Ass.  So being the second class citizen I cleaned up the mess.  Dinner was baked ham.  Cleanup then finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 2, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up and Steve got busy on finishing the shelves.   I got laundry started.  Steve decided to get the work Bench he wanted.  He called Mike but Mike was tied up. I wanted to go to Michael's so off we went.  Back by 2 . Lunch.  Colleen and Mike came over to get some rick rack.  Then while I was washing out neighbor Lori came over and visited.   I wrapped fabric.. still lots to wrap.  We BBQ'ed chicken for dinner.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

April 1, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 April Fool's Day.   We were and out if the house by 10.  Steve was dragging  his feet.  He took me to Optima for my ultrasound.   It was fairly quick.  Less than an hour. Steve went to Walmart for his prescriptions.  Came back and called Jerry Stickney.   Told Jerry I died last night.  April Fools.  Sick.  And warped humor.  Then Safeway for groceries.   Home to unload.  After lunch Steve worked on his  shelves . I stitched for awhile.  Took the dogs to the dog park.  Stopped at the Fords.  Decided to do take out at Casa Perez withers Fords.  Rushed out to feed the dogs and paint a board. Back to the Fords for dinner.  Then back home and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.
