Wednesday July 1, 2026, Orchard Ranch Home

 Got up about 7:45. Steve changed his mind about riding.  Had vertigo at the dog park. Good plan.  Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Worked in the craftroom.  Half way on the arrangement.   Then  T V and stitching  all day. Made my chili Rellano casserole for dinner.  Nice day.  

Tuesday June 30, 2026, Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up about 7:30.  Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Pedaled. Then stitching till it was time for bowling.  72 and 61. We were both doing poorly also we left after 2. Home for a couple of hours. The Lindo Mexico for taco Tuesday.  Picked up meds at Safeway on the way home. Then TV and stitching the rest ofvthe evening. 

Monday, June 29, 2026, Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords.  Blood pressure back to normal.   132 over 78.  Doctor up my blood pressure meds. Then TV and stitching  most of the day. Sally Jo came by with all the latest gossip.  Stevecwas outside most of the day.  Came in to watch game shows.

Sunday June 28, 2026, Orchard Ranch Home Dewey AZ

 Gotvup about 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.   Steve was outside most of the morning.  Then lifted his weights.  Then out the door.  Worked in the craftroom.  4 loads of laundry.  Then TV and stitching.  Greg and Rhonda came over to visit.  Made Irene's white spaghetti for dinner.

Saturday June 27, 2026,Orchard Ranch Home Dewey AZ

 Got up before Steve again! Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Then worked in the craftroom.  Finally got to Stitch.  Steve came in about 10:30. About noon  we headed out to Hobby Lobby Walmart and Safeway.  Homecto put ir all away.  Heart rate was having a hard time getting back to normal.  Blood pressure was really high.  Took double meds. Finally feeling normal.

 I got up before Steve again! Breakfast chores, crosswords.  Then craftroom.  Got the gmflowers put together.  Now stems and put the arrangement together.  Then TV and stitching til it was time to go to Bingo where we made our donations.

 I was up before Steve. Bladder got me up at 7. Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Worked in the craftroom. Then TV and stitching all day. Steve set up DirecTV streaming for us.  We are all set.
