June 30, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Last day of the month.   We were up early.  Coffee and chores.  Then we hit the road. Breakfast at Backburner.  Then on to the Grand canyon.  It was beautiful but tiring.  Herry seems to bring out the worst in Steve.  We did a quick tour of the park and were back by 5.  Took the dogs.  Picked up pizza at Guido's.   Not my favorite.   We at as soon as we walked in the door.  Cleanup then Sheila and I took the dogs to the dog park. We watched a movie I stitched sheila worked in the puzzle jerry made iut post cards.  Then chores and bed..

June 29, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 One week left.  Can't happen too soon.  Got up made breakfast.   Took a ride through Prescott and Prescott valley.  Steve and Jerry are frustrated with each other.  One fast and one is too slow.  Stopped at Walmart.  Came home and rested. Til it was time to go to Casa Perez.  Colleen was under the weather.   Dinner yummy but ate too much.  Came home to watch boxing that m yet selfish husband wanted to watch.  Finally we were in bed by 10:30.  .

June 28, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The Stickney's have arrived.   I helped decorate at the Round house. Then home. Steve got us a new piece of furniture cheap.  Steve and Mike went to get it.  Steve wanted to cut it up but it was too nice to cut up.  We left about 4 to pick up Sheila and Jerry.   Sat in the cell phone parking lot where I stitched.  The got here and picked up by 7.  Went to the Texas Roadhouse in Glendale or Peoria.   Home about 10.  Sat on the porch then in the house.  The routine is definitely screwed up.  No cuddles.

June 27, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Very nice day.  We got up early., Breakfast. Then we started our errands. Home depot Hobby Lobby.   Where we saw the Fords.  Then the dollar store and finally Grocery shopping.  Came home and put the groceries away.  Steve had to rest.  Dog park.  Colleen came to visit.  Stitching.  Another attempt at the dog park.  Dropped by the Fords.  Dinner.  Finally it was time for TV , cuddles and stitching.   

June 26, 2022. Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Quiet day at home.  Breakfast and chores.  I did some printing and a scanning. Cart ride with the dogs. Stopped at the trailer to get the bedding.  Came home. Steve worked on a puzzle most of the rest of the day and I stitched.  Did 4 loads of laundry. Talked to Gkenda and Jerry.  Rained in the afternoon  so no cart ride.  Dinner was left overs.   Finally  it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 25, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up early. Breakfast was ham and eggs.  Steve played outside most of the day. I rearranged the sewing room for Jerry and Sheila.  Then stitching.  Colleen and Mike dropped by to give us some oranges. Then we took the dogs.  Stitched off and on.  Another trip to the dog park. Another visit with the Fords.  A quick dinner.  Then card bibgo.  I actually got a Bingo.  Had fun with Ralph and Wendy.  The home decor some TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 24, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up late.  Breakfast and chores.  Stitching.  Judy and Mike came over for show and tell.   Turned on the air at Fords.  Cart ride to dog park.  Went to the thrift store and second had store to get something for the ironing board.  Thunder and lightning. And rain and hail.    Welcomed the Fords home.  Dinner was fish patties.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 23, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home

 We were up fairly early as Steve had carving.  Breakfast and chores.  Steve is being really nice.  Wonder where my real husband is.  I vaccuumed and dusted. Stitched most of the day.  Steve worked on the puzzle.  Steve wanted enchiladas so that is what we had with the left over Taco meat.  Our usual cart rides.  Ed my ex is in t bg e hospital.   He turned out to be an alcoholic.   Just like his uncle.  I feel for Dan who bears the weight of all this.  He is not a happy person, ed that is.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 22, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Up around 7.  Steve can't be quiet to save his soul.  Breakfast and chores. I spent over an hour trying to renew our vehicle licences in South Dakota over the phone.  Then I baked cookies.  Steve worked on the puzzle alot I stitched most of the afternoon as I knew there would be no stitching tonight.  Left overs for dinner.   Then we took the cart to the Mailbox area and watched a terrible movie.  It was fun visiting but the movie sucked.  Then home . Time to hit the hay and do some reading.

June 21, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was a better day.  We actually left the park.  We left about 9 and went to Hobby Lobby.  We went in separately since it was too hot to leave them in the car.  We then hit Costco and Safeway. Two trips to the dog park.    Came home put everything away.  Then Steve worked on the puzzle and I stitched.  Dinner fried potatoes and  sausage.  Cleanup and dishes.  Finally TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 20, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Nothing to report. Today was much the same as yesterday.   Spent most of the day stitching and talking to Betty and Colleen.   Steve worked on his raccoon intarsia. BBQ'ED hit dogs for dinner.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   End of story. 

June 19, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We had a really nice Father's Day. We got up early and went to breakfast at wildflower.  Too yuppie for us.  We were home by 9:30. I did three loads of laundry. Steve worked on his intarsia.  I stitched all day. Finished zinnia seed packet.  We retired for TV, cuddles and stitching  early.  

June 18, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Another quiet day at the house. Steve spent most of the day outside with his intarsia.  I stitched. Cart rides to the dog park.  Mike and Judy came home.  Card bingo.  Got home about 8:30. The Valdez's didn't save us a spot so I guess we won't ever be buddies.  When we got home it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 17, 2022 Orchard Ranch, Home, Dewey AZ

 Another quiet day. Got up and did chores. Steve spent most of the day outside.  I did some sewing in the morning and stitching in the afternoon.  Bizarro Steve is working on a blowup.  We got an estimate on putting a door in the screen  wall.  We went by the dance but we couldn't hear any music.  I made ribs in the crockpot but they were less than best.  Grumpy liked them.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.  

June 16, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Quiet day.  Stevecwas out early ar carving. I mopped the floors as planned.  Steve came back.we took the dogs to the dog park I finished my first seed packet. We did as much of the puzzle as we could and boxed it up.  We checked on the plants.  Dinner was pot pies.  Very hot here. Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 15, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Monsoon started today.  We got up on the late side. I fixed breakfast.  Boiled some eggs. Then chores.  Made my ironing Board.  Then we decided we needed a roll of rubbermaid shelf liner for the bottom of the ironing board.   So we hopped in the car and went to stepping stones to look for a shelf for the ironing board.  Then the copy store finally ace hardware.   Came home for lunch. Then stitching.  Couple of cart rides.  A walk to get Hazel to poop which she hasn't.   We BBQ'ed late. Dinner cleanup.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 14, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up early. Breakfast and chores.  Out early to decorate the cart.  Then we took a bunch of stuff to the trailer.   Meet at the north side club house for a activities. Cart ride and lunch.  Then I cut the fabric for the ironing board.  Stitching.  Another cart ride. Dinner of tacos. Would like to get to know Wendy better  but she doesn't appear anxious to be a buddy.  Glenda to come tomorrow.   Mike Sikorski is an asshole.  Took the dogs for walk since they didn't poop this afternoon.   Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 13, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was all about stitching.  Got up about 7.  Steve wanted to work outside in the morning  so I did chores then stitched.  About 2 we went to Walmart without the dogs.  Unfortunately that meant I was shopping with Steve.  Came home and put everything away.  Cart ride to the dog park. Watered Fords plants. Dinner and cleanup. Then finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 12, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Disaster.  Direct TV not working in my room !  We got up later than usual.  Before  I has my second cup of coffee we had to hang the bunting!  Finished my chores. 4 loads of laundry.   Stitched most of the day.  Started my seed packets.  Did our 2 dog park runs.  Steve seemed ready to blow at any minute.  But hasn't t as yet.  Betty called. Not much else . We BBQ'ed a steak for dinner.  Very quiet hot day. Finally it  was  time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   

June 11, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up early because of the dogs and husband.  We had pancakes for breakfast.   Then I made cookies with blue chips.  Then I finally finished my Santa Snowman project.  I got all my flosses filed. We had a quick dinner of chicken tenders.  A couple if trips to the  dog park. We played card Bingo but as usual we didn't win. Came home. Took our the puppies.  No cuddling tonight.  

June 10, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Steve's Birthday turned out pretty good.  Got up about 7. Breakfast and chores. Finished the last of the shams. Quilts done almost finished with Santa and snowman.  Couple of trips to the dog park.  We went to Chili's for dinner saw Lori in Ace Hardware.  Steve went to Home Depot where our former neighbor Donna works.  Found out Glenda in Hospital.  Not good.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles  and stitching.   

June 9, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home

 We were up and awake  me by 7.  Steve took the dogs and went to carving.  I finished the binding on the last quilt.  Trip to dog park. Watered Fords plants.  Came home stitched.  Finished the border.   BBQ'ed hamburgers. Took a walk around the block.  It feels like one leg is longer than the other.  Finally it was time for TV, cuddles, and stitching. 

June 8, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was a very productive day.  Got up and did chores. Out the door by 8:45 to take the girls to get their nails clipped.  Treated ourselves to a couple of apple fritters.  I went into the quilt room.  Finished and hung my sew she did project.. finished wrapping all the floss.  Clipped the binding on my quilt ready for the second stitching.   Stitched the rest of the day.  Steve started a puzzle.  Ran over to Colleen's to rescue a package on the porch.  Dinner and cleanup.  Finally it was time for TV , cuddles and stitching. 

June 7, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up at normal time.  Breakfast.  Sewing room. Baked some banana bread.  Turned out ok.  Then we did our mail run. Steve knocked the lens out of his glasses. A trip to Lenscrafters was in order.  He was in a snit the whole ride.  Got home and I sewed the binding on one side.  Stitching for the rest of the day . Another trip to dog park.  Very hot here today.  Dinner was leftover pork ribs.   Cleanup.   Then it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.   Steve is still pumping out the intarsia. 

June 6, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We were up at the crack of dawn . We out of the house on the road by 8 am.  We had a wonderful breakfast at Jan's .  It was great but expensive.  Then  we picked up a missing copy at Sir Speedy  then  Harbor Freight finally we spent a small fortune at Fry's.   Came home and unloaded the groceries cart ride to dog park and into the sewing room.  This neighborhood is a little peyton place.  Sally is at the center of it.  Got things done in the sewing room.  Very hot .  Steve has a new intarsia project.  Stuffed bell peppers for dinner.  Finally time for TV and cuddles and stitching. 

June 5, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up leisurely.  Had breakfast  while Steve worked outside.   Did three loads of laundry. Just about finished my sew she did project .  Stitched.  Took cart ride to the cargo trailer and the big Mo.  Ran by Fords who are leaving tomorrow.  They will be missed.  Went to Red Lobster with the Fords.   Got home for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 4, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Another fun day at the house.  Up earlier than I would like but got lots done.  Worked on my sew she did project. Took the dogs for a very short walk.  Dis some stitching.  Steve worked on setting up his new saw and table. Went to Colleen's to find out we needed to do while they were gone.  Then a very quick dinner.  Card bingo where we go on Sarmturday nights to donate money.  Then home for TV and cuddles. 

June 3, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Quiet day.  Disaster avoided.  My package that I was concerned about came to the mail box not the house.  I worked in the quilt room after dusting and vacuuming.  Steve actually helped.  We had coconut shrimp for dinner.  We watched the original Top Gun together after dinner.  Still got in some TV time and cuddles.  

June 2, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up at 7:30 stececwent to Carving for about a minute. Came home and worked on his intarsia project.  He just spent $600.  On a new skill Saw.  He better not say one word about my small purchases.  I spent the day doing inventory on flosses and stitching.   I went to Colleen's to find out how to backstitch.   I made ribs for dinner.  Then it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching. 

June 1, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up breakfast and chores. Steve took the motorcycle and went and got his copies. Came home. I am still organizing floss.  At 12:30 we picked up the Fords and went to see the new Top Gun movie.   It was almost like Star Wars.  Not really believable.  Thought we would get a bite to eat but everyone else at junk at the theater.  Came home and fixed stuffed bell peppers that we got at Costco.  Couple of cart rides to the dog park.   Mike and Judy came home.  Garbage was a day late due to the holiday.   Finally it was time for TV, cuddles and stitching.
