February 29, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Happy Leap year day.  We were up about 7. Steve took me to the dentist to have my crowns put on. Stopped at the Donut hole fir a burritos.  Then it was stitching and TV the rest of the day.  We took a cart rideband visited Scott and Sally Jo in the storage area. Back home for leftover hamburger Strognanoff for dinner. Stitching and TV to finishoff the night.

February 28, 2924 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores. Headed out to Costco for our ear check.. some shopping. Told Steve to get the chance on his bonus check under 500 dollars.  Couldn't convince him. So he spent 15 minutes while they wrote  a check for the change.  Then Walmart,  car wash and cmgas station. Home to unload.  The rest of the day was  spent stitching and TV.   Dinner was left over tamale pie. Stitching and TV to finish off the night.

February 27, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up on the late side. Breakfast and chores. Hung out doing puzzles crosswords and filing floss till about 11 when Scott came by and picked up Steve.  Gone for over 4 hours.  Watched what icwabted on TV.  So nice.  Made Hamburger Strognanoff for dinner after out cart ride.  Stitching and TV to finish tge night.

February 26, 2024, Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up normally and left for breakfast with Sally Jo and Scott at Zeke's in Prescott.  We had fun. We were there 2 hours almost.  Then off to grocery shop at Safeway.  We come home and uploaded and put Everything away.  Then back to stitching and TV.  Crosswords and words to catch up on. We were both too full from breakfast to have a formal dinner.  Designated Survivor ad nausea. 

February 25, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up late as Sophie would let us. Breakfast and chores. 2 loads of laundry.  TV and stitching most of the day.  Cart ride to dog park.  Quick dinner then more TV and stitching.   Quiet Day at the ranch.

February 24, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Steve had to get up early to go with Jim to the carving show in Mesa so we were all up early. Breakfast and chores . He left at  8 and I had the whole day to putter around the house and stitch.  I did cLean both toilets.  Did a load of dishes and clean up the kitchen.   Steve found some books in the back of the car. So we finally solved that mystery.  Colleen left them there when I picked her up for book club. Losing it.  Anyway we fmdid not go to bingo.  Stitching and TV the rest of the night . 

February 23, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up normally. Breakfast and chores. Then we took the dogs to the vet for their annual checkup and shots. Then overvto Hobby Lobby.  Back home for lunch. Stitching the rest of the day.  Scrambled egg sandwiches for dinner.  More stitching afterward.  

February 22, 2024 0rchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up early.  Thanks for the wake up call Sophie.  Breakfast and chores.  I got ready but Steve was not ready to go. About noon we took off to pick up meds at Safeway but the meds were ready but not the paperwork.   Then a must have car wash. Then onto Lenscrafters  to have the new lenses corrected.   Back home  for stitching and a food fix.  More stitching.  Dog park run and dinner.  TV and stitching to top off the the night

February 21, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I got up at 7:30.  Sophie and Hazel are now our alarms. Breakfast and chores.  Gray rainy day. Steve worked on puzzles and I stitched. Not happy with my rooster. Think I will start over on 14 count. Working on 18 is too hard.  3/4" of an inch is not worth the agony.  Did  our afternoon cart ride.  Stitched most of the day and night.  Not much to report.

February 20, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home , Dewey AZ

 Wonderful news from optima. Both the MRI and the mamogram were clear!. We got up fairly early and went to back burner for breakfast.  It was good but filling.  Then cam home and spent a couple hours booking our cruise for March 2025.  Should be fun.  Then I stitched and Steve took the motorcycle to the shop and bought a horn and a screw.  Came home for TV and pot pies. More TV and stitching.   Bedtime  routine.

 We got up later than Sophie would like.  Breakfast and chores.  I finished organizing the craft room.  Then prepped for a new stitch project.  Finished same.  Fixed lunch. Stitched. Another load of laundry.  Dinner. Cart ride.  TV and more stitching. 

February 18, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up late even for me.  Made pancakes for breakfast.   Cleaned up the mess. Two loads of laundry.   Steve worked on the trailer.  I stitched between loads.  When Steve came back he told me we were going were invited to dinner with Sally Jo and Scott, Vicky and Paul down the street.  So at 3:30 we took the dogs tovthe dog park. On the way back from the front dog park the cart died. So Steve pushed tge cart from the front garbage all the way home.  I steered.  That was hard on Steve.  Once we got home we fed the dogs.  Then we drove to  a new place called Caio Bella next to Fry's.   It was yummy.  We sat at the restaurant for 2 hours chatting.   Then home for TV and stitching.   

February 17, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up on the late side. Breakfast and chores. Started my clean up of the craft closet.  And organizing thereof.  Then off to home depot and Safeway.   Home to put away groceries.  Made the corn bread crust for the tamale pie.  Finally about 2 ready to stitch.  Dinner. Then off to card bingo. Steve won. Homecto watch Bosch. Bedtime routine. 

February 16, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

We got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores.  Hung out at the house most of the day.  2 cart rides.  Nice day. Stitched most of the day.  Steve did some chores in tge storage area.  Atevevis itching to get out and work in the carport and ride his motorcycle.  He is going to be gone all day next Saturday.  Can't wait.  Finished jesse stone movies.

 Sophie got us up early.  We had breakfast and chores. Steve went to carving. I took the car and picked up Sally Jo and Colleen for book club. Steve was home when I got here. Stitching and TV the rest of the day.  Quick dog park run then a quick dinner. TV stitching thecrest ofvtge night.

February 14, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Happy Valentine's Day.  Got up and out the door by 9.  Went to Bosa for breakfast and donuts. Then Walmart. Picked up glasses at Lens crafters.  They may need to back.  Then car wash and copy store.  Home to put away. Put away groceries.  Stitched the rest of the .  Day.  Steaks for dinner.  Dog park run.  Bosch the rest of the night.

February 13. 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I got to sleep in this morning.  Breakfast and chores.  Made some sliders to freeze.  Then I started stitching.  Mark dropped off some papers for the trust.  Then stitching and TV the rest of the day.  Visited the Fords on the way back from the dog park. Made chicken thighs in the ninja for dinner.  More stitching.  Lots of frogging on this one.  Bedtime routine.

February 12, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I woke up about 5:30 and got up about 6:30.  Steve went and got his teeth.  Seems to ve happy with them.  Came home and went to get my mammogram.  That turned out good. Big relief.  Steve did not throw a hissy fit when I told him I had a package coming.  Happy Valentine's to me. Then off to walmart . What a cluster duck at the register.  Three different registers before I got checked out.  Home to put it all away.  Then much of left over pigs.  Then stitching and TV shows. Dog park run. Late dinner.  Finally TV stitching and bedtime routine. 

February 11, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up late. Breakfast and chores.  I stitched off and on and got ready for our guests.  Our guests arrived about 3:30 . Lots of food.  Mike did not look good.  He was in pain.  The procedure did not help him. They left about half time.  It was a nail biter for sure.  But the Chiefs won. Everyone went home and it was time for bedtime routine.

February 10, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores. Then started laundry. 3 loads. Remade bed. Steve went to tractor and Ace. Gas and car wash.  I stitched most of the day off and on. Fun at card Bingo.  Home to watch Jesse Stone.  Mostly nice Day. 

February 9, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up. Breakfast and chores. Little stitching beforecit was time to go to the Hospital in Prescott for the MRI.  Stopped at Taco Bell for a late lunch.  Then home to relax for a minute before heading over to pick up the truck or should I say money pit.  Then back home after putting it in storage.  Steve decided he still wanted dinner after the late lunch. Stitching and TV the rest of the night.

February 8, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Stwmeve woke me up around 7 talking to Becky on the phone.   Breakfast and chores. Snow on the ground. Stevevtook me to the dentist.  Not as bad as I thought it would be.  Home about noon. Snowed like crazy.   Stitched tge rest of the day. Dog park run.  MRI  tomorrow. Yay.  Lots of snow around. Steve worked a small puzzle. 

February 7, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got back to a normal routine today. Sophie let us sleep today.  We had breakfast then left the house by 10.  Off to get our hearing aids. Got there a little early so we did all our shopping before our appointment.  The appointment took over an hour.  Snowing as we left Costco.  We got alot of snow.  9" in downtown Prescott.  Then off to Fry's.  What a zoo.  Then home to unload.  Fixed pigs for lunch as one of the crescent rolls was open.  Put stuff away.  Dog park run.  Stitched the rest of the day.  What a difference  the hearing aids make.

February 6, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I woke up at 4 am answering Sophie decided that she was going to get up and stay up.  So basically I have been up since four am.  Finally got up at 6. Hung out till 9:30. Went and got the truck.  Dropped it at Jerry's then headed to Lenscrafters.   We toured Victorian Village where Etzel'swere looking at a house.   Stopped at Michael's to go potty.  Wentvto our eye appointment.  Got glasses.   Really like my new frames. Picked up Breakfast burritos at the Donut hole. Came home and ate.  Pouring rain all day.  Ate lunch. Then stitching and TV the rest of the day.  Cart ride to get mail. Got in the football pool. Made Steve a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner.  Then Bosch and stitching.  Took an hour nap around 4.  

February 5, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Got up at 7:30. Breakfast chores.  Made jello salad.  TV stitching. Steve must be bored. He couldn't seem to settle.  Had phone calls to make. Two dog park runs. Mostly stitching and cooking.  Made Steve lunch. Then dinner. Lots of chopping.  Then stitching and Bosch.

February 4, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

Got up and made pancakes for breakfast. Made Steve Happy.  Then we waited to hear from Etzel's.  Watched TV and stitched.  Etzels came about 4. Dinner at Lefty's.  Came home for Bosch and stitching. 

January 27, 2024 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We got up about 7:30.  Breakfast and chores.  Then Betty came over at 10:30. We sat in the back. Sewed and stitchedand chatted till about 2:30.  Steve was great about leaving us alone.  At 2:30 we did a road trip to Michael's and JoAnn's.  Then home to stitch watch TV. Bedtime routine.   Ready to get home tho. Nice to visit friends.  Time to get back to real life.

February 3, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 The dog had us up at 5:30 or me anyway. Hung out at the house all day watching game shows all day and stitched.   Dog park run in the afternoon.  Waiting on the Etzel 's to make a plan.  Went to card Bingo and sat with the Burczyks. It was good to see Eve and Terry. Steve Bingoed once. Home to watch Bosch.

February 2, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up late. Breakfast and chores.  Steve and Mike winterized the trailer.  I did 4 loads of laundry.  Got caught up in the craft room.  Thencwe went to Post Office tractor and Safeway.   Home to put away groceries and finish laundry.   Steve decided that it was imperative we pay the office.  They were closed.  Dog park run.  Home to finally sit and stitch.  Dinner Bosch and more stitching.   

February 1, 2024 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Well we are back in our nest. We got up around 6 thanks to Steve. We left there as planned at 9 am. We were home by 11:30. We had the trailer unpacked by 1. We took it over to storage and the guy next to up was gone. We backed in. Just as we were finishing up here comes our neighbor.  Parked the truck. Finished putting everything away. Quick dinner. Finally was able to stitch.
