 Got up just before 7. Breakfast and chores. Steve went to the storage to work on truck and trailer tires.  Took most of the morning.  TV and stitching for me.  Same for the afternoon.  Card bingo. Layay was not feeling well so they did not make it to Bingo. No bingos for us. The dry spell continues.

 Git up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores. Walmart quick trip. Then picked up the piroshki.  They were really yummy.  Then stitching,  cart ride and stitching the rest of the day.

 Got up at 7. Breakfast and chores.  Steve went to carving then Safeway to pick up a script that he was anxious to have.  I made sliderscto freeze.   Then stitching most of the day.  Took an extra long cart ride this afternoon.  Finished the Bat.  Last one off the animals!!.

 Busy day today. Got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores.  Then off to the toe nail place for a quick clip.  Then a breakfast sandwich at McDonald's.  Car wash and bank. We literally ran thru Costco.  I hate shopping with Steve.  Then I went to Walmart. Came home and put it all away except for the stuff we were taking out to the trailer.  Came home for a snack. Then drove over to the trailer and put stuff away there.  Too much fun for one day. Came home afternoon cart ride.   Dinner and stitching. 

Tuesday, August 27, 2024, Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We got up late this morning.  8 am. Breakfast and chores.  Steve decided we did not need to go to Walmart today we went tovthe Post Office and had Breakfast at Mama's.  Mediocre.   Then home to stitch. Dinner at Plaza Bonita with the Etzel's and the Miller's.   We kidnapped the Miller's and brought them hone for show and tell.  Took them home and stitched for about an hour.

Monday August 26, 2024, Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Today was a very frustrating day.  I was planning on doing some sewing.  But no Steve wanted  to take some things over to the trailer.  So after breakfast and chores off we went.  Got the bed made.  Then home. Steve went to the doctor and got a hair cut.  Stopped at Safeway but couldn't get his scripts.  Came home ate and we were off to get the get the truck. His scripts and gas.  Put it in storage.  Came home to get dinner ready.  Then a few hours to stitch. Tomorrow we get to go to Walmart oh yeah.

 Quiet Sunday at home.  Got up about 7.5 Breakfast and chores.  2 loads of laundry.  Steve carved. I stitched.  Hamburgers in the Ninja.  Visited with the porch people.   Afternoon cart ride. Starting to pack up.

 Git u late today. Slept til 8. Breakfast and chores.  Stitched till it was time to go to the bowling alley. There were 8 of us that were bowling.  Then about 4 watchers. Bowledv2 games 41 and 55 for me.  Definitely need more practice.  Then home.  The off to card bingo.  Fun day. We were really made to feel welcome.  A fun group of .people. Steve finally one half a bingo!!.

 Up early again this morning thanks to Sophie  Breakfast and chores.  Decided to do nothing but stitch today. TV 📺.  Went to visit Karen Royce.  Love their dog Cody.  Back home. Cartride at 4.  Made tacos for dinner.  Tomorrow we bowl.  This aught to c a riot.

 I got woken up at 6:30. Breakfast and chores. Then we were out the door at 8:30 ish to drop off the truck.  Then off to Fry's and the car wash.  Home to put away groceries.   Then stitching the rest of the day.  TV and  evening football.   Back to fall normal . Rain threatened all day but never came here.  Cart ride to the dog park.

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords.  Then went to work in the craftroom.  Colleen dropped by to pick up copies of the patterns. She actually paid for them.  The as I was headed back to continue working Steve told me my credit card was comprised.  So calls had to be made to cancel card and activate new ones. Finally finished goals in the craftcroom. Then stitched the rest of the day.  Cartride. Dinner and more stitching.

 I was up super early.  Breakfast and chores. Then Steve went to get the truck and we were off. First stop Bosa donuts for breakfast sandwiches.  Then Hobby Lobby,  copy store,  and post office then home.  Back to stitching and puzzling and  of course non stop TV. Then dinner at the redwood Grill with Howard and Lavay.  Howard has wonder stories and once he gets going hevtalksvnon stop.  Then home for TV.

 We got up about 8. Breakfast and chores.  I worked in the craftroom til noon.  I was waiting for the mail with the new house pattern. So  I plated games in my phone for a couple of hours.   Then decided to start the bat.  Guess I will work both as the bat is very intense.  The mail didn't come to 3:30 as there was a new mail lady. Afternoon cartride.  Stitched the rest of the evening.

 We got up about 7. Breakt chores crosswords andc2 loads of laundry.   Stitching carving and puzzling.   Visited Royce and Karen Lindley. Seems to be recovering from his quadruple bypass surgery.  Pork steaks in the Ninja for dinner.  Almost finished with tge Lighthouse.  Cart ridexwith the dogs.

 I got woke up by the dog about quarter to seven. I got to play on my phone till Steve woke up.  Breakfast and chores. Made french toast. Then puzzling and  stitching most of the day. We got out in the cart.  Card bingo.  Our dr spell continues.  Howard won 1.5 times.

 Today was the road closure.  Not bad being confined to the house except I had a hard time getting Hazel to poop. Picky bitch. I stitched Steve about finished a 1000 piece puzzle. Worked in the craft room about an hour.  Hot out again.

 Got did breakfast and chores.  Then worked in the craft room till book club. Steve went to carving.  Came back for lunch. Took the dogs to get their nails done.  Stitched.  Olympics ad nauseum. Afternoon cart ride. Got to ride in Fords monster cart.  Our Came to get up hooked into our fire system.   Made chili rellano casserole for dinner.  Bedtime routine.

 We got up about 7:30 . Breakfast and chores. Worked in the craftroom for awhile.  Then stitching and puzzling.  Dirty rice for dinner . Roads closed in the park due to bee infestation.  Quiet Day in the park.

 We gotcup really early.  Sophie woke us up.  Breakfast and chores.  Steve was in some snit when he went to bed.  Not sure what is bothering him. Probably Stephanie's rehab situation.  He finally boiled over at about 3 just before we went to taco Tuesday.  We left here at 10. Stopped atvthe bank. Hobby Lobby,  Walmart and then picked up our piroshki at the Bakery and other goodies . Then home to put it away.  The piroshki were goods well as the baklava.   Stitched for a couple of hours then picked up Layay and Howard .  Both Miller's and Valdez's were there.  Steve worked thru his snit.  Home by six.

 We got up about 7 and had breakfast coffer a biscuits.  The chores. Left here to pick up truck in storage and dropped it at All American.  Then breakfast at waffle express. Mediocre at best.  Safeway for groceries.  2 car washes then home tobput it all away.  We went on a search for a piroshki. Then stitching and TV the rest of the day.  Afternoon cart ride. Chicken in the ninja.

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores.  Steve went out to carve. I cleaned up the kitchen and did two loads of laundry.  The Olympics are over buy football has started.  Afternoon cart ride. Rain threatened but never materialized. TV and stitching thecrest ofcthe day.

 We got up about 7. Breakfast and chores.  I stitched. Steve carved for a short while. Found out what was turning Steve in an asshole.  When he entered his retirement check in the checkbook he subtracted it fron the balance instead of adding it.  Dah.  He even subtracted it from the wrong number.  Anyway. After a quick dinner and afternoon cart ride we went to card bingo and as usual lost.  Home and bed.

 I got to sleep in until 8:15 this morning.   Breakfast and chores. Prepped my pants for hemming. Then TV and stitching. Steve carved till almost 2.  Then more Olympics.  Stevexwas better today.  Burgers for dinner. In the ninja of course.  Afternoon cart ride. Our lives are really boring.

 Today was my baby boy's 49th birthday . Wow.  How time flies. 2 year old asssole came to visit today.  He tried to make me escalate the tiff into a fill blown war but I resisted.  I hate when he acts this way.  I made an issue of his take over in the kitchen when he sees I am working.  Then the coffee pot took a dump.  Tried to clean it but it just would not brew.  Thankfully he went to carving so he moped the afternoon and evening.   Stitching and TV.  Took the coffee pot from the trailer til the one we ordered comes. Afternoon cart ride. Just as ivwentvto settle down text from Colleen to go get her package. I feel like Cinderella.  We are good enough to do her scut work but not good enough  rmto socialize.  We haven't eaten out since 4/23!

 We got up on the late side .  Breakfast and chores. Worked in the craftroom for an hour. Then stitching and puzzling. Steve found the missing piece under the couch.  Lavay stopped by with a crumbl  cookie for us.  Then afternoon cart ride.   Rainstorm about 5.  Then dinner . More stitching and puzzling.  Colleen wants me to pickup a package for them while they are gone. Guess we are good enough  to do their errands for them.

 We got up late this morning.  Rain threatened but did not fall until about 8:30.  Breakfast, chores. Piddled in the craft room. Stitched and puzzled. Poured on the way to the dog park.  Then picked up Lavay and Howard for Taco Tuesday at Plaza Bonita.  Hone by 6 for TV and more stitching.

 We got up about 7:30. Breakfast and chores. Overcast this morning.  Steve woke the house up. Finished the house barn today. Stitched. Steve puzzled.  Afternoon cart ride.  Wentvto Gabby's Grill. Worst tri -tip salad ever. Slow service.  Ugh. Then him for more stitching.  Fun talking to Ron and Diana.

 We got up breakfast and chores.  We spent most of the day inside. Steve puzzled I stitched.   No surprises.  Afternoon cartride.  We went to card bingo. Steve did an excellent job calling. Then home for bedtime routine.

 We got up about 7. Breakfast and chores. Steve did not feel like carving so at 9:30 we headed out to Walmart first stopping at Tractor for dog food. Then we headed to Walmart on 69.  We parked on the garden center side in the shade.  No sign of rain.  I went in and started shopping. Then the skies went wild. Thunder and lightening.  Pouring  rain.  Fortunately it let up long enough to get the groceries  in the car. Steve ran in and went potty and got drenched coming out. The off to fight the crowds at Fry's.  Ran into Sampsell. Sally Jo has Covid.  Then home and unloaded. Diana came over to set up dinner Monday night.  Afternoon cart ride. Chicken cordon bleu for dinner.  Stitching and TV for most of the day.

 We started a new month today. We got up about 8. Steve did not go to carving. I think he was upset still about the loss of Don Hulse.  He worked on the puzzle. I worked in the craftroom for awhile. Then stitching and TV.  Afternoon cartride.  Then dinner. More TV and stitching.  Leftovers for dinner.
