February 29, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Happy Leap Year 2020.  We got up and did our normal chores. Alot of people left the park today and tomorrow.   Steve and I went down and checked out the quilt show.  We came back and I layed around and finished my book.  Blindside by James Patterson. Then Steve ran me down to the show where I worked selling raffle tickets.   Mike and Colleen Ford showed up as scheduled  around two and Mike and Steve disappeared over to Harbor Freight.   We hung around there till I finished my shift at three.   Colleen gave me a ride home.  Then we sat and chatted for awhile. I took the Teryx and grabbed Betty.  Janet and John jus "showed up" and spent the day with them.  She did invite us down there to visit.  Betty and I went down and picked up our quilt items.  Dropped her off and Colleen and I took the dogs to the dog park.  The we drove separately to the Mexican place near Fry's on Pinal.  Annyas.   We went to Fry's to pick up a few things.  Back home for an evening of TV and cuddles. 

February 28, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Our days here grow short.  The weather is turning hot, people are leaving and there is a different feel to the park.  Winter is ending and it is time to move on to the next spot.  Betty bless her heart is beginning to drive me nuts.   
We were up early this morning to go to breakfast with Betty and Larry sandy and Alan and Suzanne . We all went to ihop for breakfast.   We were home by 9:30.  Then Steve and I jumped in the truck with the puppies and went and got propane. We stopped at Big five and each of us got a new pair of tennis shoes and a first aid kit  for the truck.   I came home and worked on my scarf and a couple of other projects.   Then I picked up Betty and we delivered our quilts and projects to the ballroom then off to the craft room for coloring until we were booted out of there due to a giant birthday party they were decorating for and of course we couldn't go into the ballroom because they were preparing for the quilt show. 
Came home for a Teryx ride. Sewing and dinner.  Then TV and cuddles with ice cream. 

February 27, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Well we had another fun day at Fiesta Grande.  One day closer to us leaving.  Hopefully life will be a slower once we get to Congress.   Got up and got our act together.   Breakfast and chores.  Steve went off to carving and I went to the quilt room as planned with Betty to work on the Dresden project.   Worked until about 3 hours down there .  We took a Teryx ride.   Then once the dogs were settled we went down to Heebner's fir cards.  We came home at  4 to feed and walk the dogs.  Heebner's picked us up and we went to creative cafe.  I had the Chunky Monkey as did Shirley.  Shirley seemed to be suffering from diarrhea  as she was constantly in the bathroom.   We were home by 6 and I spent a little while in the she shed.  I thought I was losing my mind when I couldn't find some binding  strips I had cut.  I finally found them.  My sanity was returned.   Then TV and cuddles. 

February 26, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Today was a good day.  Steve and I occupied ourselves with our hobbies.  I went over to the quilt room to press my quilt.  Then back to the rig to get ready for our show date.  We saw the Call of the wild.  I was dreading that for a good reason
  I cried when I read the book and I cried while I watched the movie. When we got home after the show I read for awhile then fixed dinner.  Which I thought was yummy.  Then it was time for Bingo.  We had a great time at Bingo and I even Bingoed.  Yeah for me.  Back home for dishes TV and cuddles. I sure will miss everyone when we leave. 

February 25, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Today was an eye opener.   I decided we need to get a whole new set of friends. I am so tired of all the subterfuge.   I am definitely going to cool our jets with Sandy and Alan.  I am sure we can find some less high maintenance friends.   Sandy irritates me to no end. 
I started the day at 7:30.  Breakfast and chores.  Steve started work on his burning and painting.   I started working on my River quilt and I am happy to report I got it all together.   We worked through lunch and took our daily Teryx ride.  It was rather windy this afternoon.   After I finished putting my quilt together I went down to Betty's and we organized the things for the Dresden neighborhood project.  Then we sat outside and chatted for awhile.  Back to the rig and fed the dogs at four we left for the Taco Tuesday held at McMashers.   We stopped at Lowes on the way to dinner.  We had such a good time we decided to come back next week.  For our last hurrah.  When we got ready to leave Bettry made up some excuse to stay behind--so she could visit longer with Janet.  They were texting back and forth while we having dinner.  What tangled  webs we weave.  Back to the rig fir TV and cuddles plus ice cream.

February 24, 2020 Fiesta lGrande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

This was a better day than the last three.  I guess I was too much in my head.  There is still something going on with Sandy.  She is just not as friendly as she has been.  We asked them to the show and we still haven't gotten an answer.  They still need to discuss it.  Don't understand why it would take three days to discuss it.  I woke up about 4 and stayed awake until 5:30.  I went downstairs and Steve came back up.  Then I fell hard asleep.   And slept until 9.  Breakfast and chores.  Steve went out to carve.  I sewed for awhile then we did a short Terex ride . Steve dropped me at Betty's and we walked to the Quilt in a day Trunk show with Elenor Burns Sister.  It was fabulous as always.  Walked back and did some reading.   Early dinner and off to see Voyager with music by Journey.  They were pretty good.  Not really my style of music.   Home for TV and cuddles.

February 23, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

This is kind of a weird day.   Got up at 7 and decided to go back to bed till 8. Then we took off for breakfast at Cracker barrel.   It was quite good.  I had pecan pancakes.  We came back and I gathered the laundry and pulled the old  sheets on.  I decided to remake the bed so that I wouldn't have to do it when I wanted to relax.  Then I decided to cut out the Dresden wedges for our project.  Then I left to do laundry and Steve left to go to Mesa with Don Morris to pick up their entries. I went to park near the laundry and ended up having to park by the shuffleboard courts.   I loaded the machines and waited until they were in the dryer then came back home with a load of stuff.   I took Sandy her candy bar a Carmello.  Back at the laundry i was able to park a little closer.  Folded the clothes and brought them home. Took the dogs to the dog park.  Steve called to tell me he and Don were stopping for dinner.  He said he would bring me some ribs which were too spicy for me.  The sent 5 pieces of sandwich bread.   Not sure what that was for.  Suzanne came by to get some vinyl.  Guess the girls will hold a spot  for her.  Wonder if they will let me sit by them.  Came back from the dog park where the dogs got to play with Della rose whose owner is grumpy guy.  Back at the rig I put away the laundry and brushed the dog's teeth.   Finally I could watch TV.   Steve got back about 6:30.  I was so hungry I gobbled the ribs down of course I left some for Steve.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles.

February 22, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

This was an unusual day.  It rained most of the day.  Got up at 7 ish but wasn't really ready to get up so I lounged on the couch until 8.  Had breakfast.   Washed some dishes.  Alan came and got Steve at nine and off they went.  I had the whole day to myself and I do mean myself.   I finished a book I was reading.  I asked Betty if she wanted to go to JoAnn's but she wanted to stay home and sew.  So I jumped in the truck and went the back way to JoAnn's and Goodwill all by my little self. Something is up with Betty.  She has been more remote than usual.  She answers my text but she she hasn't texted me much.  Come to think of it.  Not sure what is going on there.  When I got home from the store I ate lunch and finally started sewing. I sewed all the rows together on the river quilt.  Now comes the hard part sewing the rows together.   I saw Betty and Larry leave in a separate vehicles which means that there were 4 couples.  For some reason we are not on their A list people.  She was also very vague about where they were going.  Sandy never called me either.  She visits everyone but us.  Anyway Steve got home about 2:30 while I was sewing.  It continued to rain off and on.  About 4:30 we walked the dogs to the dog park.  Then finally tacos for dinner and  and dishes.  TV and cuddles for the rest of the night.  I am beginning to rethink our position on coming back next year.  I wonder if Larry and Betty are having problems again.  Betty was saying they were not going to Texas and would probably come here for 5 months instead of the three they were planning on. This is getting crazy. 

February 21, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Another busy day.  We.both got up rather late. Me at 8 :30.  I had breakfast and piddled around in the kitchen.  Did the dishes.  Steve decided he would look at the maps and we started talking about out trip this summer.  Steve went to get Don about 10 to 11 and headed to Mesa for the carving show. I made the bed and brushed my teeth.   Vaccuumed and mopped the kitchen floors.  Put all my stuff for coloring in the Teryx.   We had snacks at coloring.   It was fun.  Don't think I will color any more.  I am kind of upset with Sandy.  She is a one person friend.  And the person must be needy.  Which apparently is no longer me.  And unfortunately I was sitting across from the laundry police Carol and Joe who won't be here next year.  We had a gray day today.  Betty was in a poopy mood as well.  Once I got back to the rig we went on a Teryx ride so Steve could firm up the plan for tomorrow with Alan.  Then a quick trip to the zoo they call Walmart.   We unpacked the groceries and covered  the Teryx.   We decided to have egg sandwiches for dinner.  Then the usual TV and cuddles. Kind of a blah day.

February 20, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We were up by 7.  Breakfast and chores.  I sewed for awhile.   Steve went to carving.  Came back for lunch.  Then I went to the fashion show.  Did not really care for the clothes  but more importantly I didn't care for how they looked on me.  They were also pretty pricey.  I walked home while Suzanne and Sandy stood in line to purchase some items.  Sandy I have come to find out is your friend if you are in need.  Now she has adopted Suzanne since she is alone without her sidekick Diane Stubbe.  Any Steve will be going back and forth to Mesa for the carving show.  Once we got back we went out on errands which included grocery shopping.   Back home to put the groceries away.  A short Teryx  ride then Steve decided we should go to the Big Wa for dinner in lieu of my making tacos.  Which neither us was in the mood for.  Once back in the rig I made spinach dip for the coloring group tomorrow.   Then the usual TV and cuddles along with the ice cream. 

February 19, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We had lots of fun today.  I got around 7. I decided to do work on a couple of raffle blocks.  At 10:40 I walked down to Suzanne's where Sandy and Betty were waiting.   We went to Olive garden for a'wonderful lunch. Then back to go to quilt meeting.  After that I came home and got some more sewing done.  We had a quick bite.  I brought fettuccine alfredo home for Steve to have for dinner from Olive Garden.  Then off to Bingo for another fun but unprofitable as usual.  Back to the rig for TV and cuddles.

February 18, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We had a very nice day today.  After breakfast and chores I went to the quilt room with Betty and we worked on our yarn scarves.  It took us three hours.  We made one for Sandy.  Then home for lunch.  Steve went to carving and came back and finished the taxes.  I read the rest of the afternoon and finished my book. Then off to Taco Tuesday.   We took a Teryx ride before we went.  We were late to Taco Tuesday since needed propane for the BBQ.   Then a quick stop at Cal Ranch.
We decided to go to McMashers instead of Eva's for a change.  Yeah.
Then home for TV and cuddles. 

February 17, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Things are back to normal with Steve.  We were up and at them this morning.   At almost nine Steve went down to the Littles to help them with their slide.  I worked on my quilt show projects.   Steve came back and took us to lunch at the Two Dudes truck. Then our posse went to the craft room and made rock cactus gardens.  It was fun but I think we will just keep the rocks to repaint at a later date.  Then we walked back.  Steve and I gave a Deposit  for next season. Looks like we will be moving up in the neighborhood.   Wally and Leslie are moving out of the neighborhood  so their space is coming available .  So we are earmarked to go into that space when we come back on 12/15.  After that we celebrated Alan Clark's Birthday (2/20) and John Zeifle  (2/17). Then home for TV and cuddles.
Steve and I are thinking of doing intermittent fasting to lose some weight!.  Not sure about it tho .

February 16, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Well yesterday spiraled down rapidly. Steve threw a giant hissy fit last night about the percentage of used space on the DVR.   He erased all his movies.  What a fucking 2 year old.  I erased some stuff of mine.  This is about the most ridiculous argument we have had to date.  So he jumped in bed and pouted. Then we got up late.  Breakfast and chores.  I started sewing on a project. Steve went to Lowes to get a toilet seat and shower head. Then he decided to try and fix the toilet.  Let us just say he was not successful.  So we ended up buying a new toilet. Unfortunately  it won't be here for 10 days.  Fortunately we have two toilets.   It will quite a walk at night but we are not without a toilet.  We had more words.  He wanted me to stand around I think so he could yell  at me.   I got tired of it and went back to sewing.  I am sick and tired of being his whipping post.   So I finished my sewing project and went and visited Betty.   Caught a ride home with Steve in the Teryx.   Fixed dinner and did dishes .  He BBQ'ed hot dogs.  I know he is upset about  the whole toilet thing but what act like such an asshole.

February 15, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We had a great visit with the Etzels.  We girls out of here around 9.  We drove to Bisquits on Elliot road.  We had a great breakfast.   Then a short hop over to Walmart.   A really big Walmart.   Then we headed over to see the Etzels and sunshine acres Children's home.  We parked the dogs in the trailer in their crates and took a tour of the home.  The staff lives on site. As well as the 70 "foster" kids.  They have 7 homes that each house 10 boys or girls.  It is run on donations and Grant's.  Kurt Warner is a big contributor. The homes look like they were decorated by a professional decorator.   The are free from clutter.  They have a dinning hall, a rec center, a green house, an ed center , a skateboard area a petting zoo and a huge garden center. And much more.  After the tour where actually got to go in the houses.  Then we toured the donation center which  was amazing.  The back ti rescue the pups in their rig which was extremely cluttered.   Once we walked the dogs we went to the local pizza place and ate pizza and chicken wings.  About 4:30 we headed home.  Once we were home Steve did some work on the hot water heater.  I put groceries away, fed the pups and did a little sewing before it was time to go upstairs for TV and cuddles.  It looks like we will be coming back next year!  Despite the price increase. 

February 14, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

This was a really great Valentine's day.   I woke up about 7:30 with the alarm. Steve had a card and chocolates waiting for me.  We got dressed and did our chores. Then we went to the Big house for Breakfast.   It was packed. We met Alan Egler and his wife Terrie. They are planning a trip through the Redwoods and we gave them some pointers. the after doing a couple of errands.   Once we got home I did a bit of sewing. Brhe off to coloring.   We got the prices for next year.  Quite an increase.  But it looks like Steve is amenable to coming back.  Off to coloring.   Came back for a Teryx ride.  Then 4 couples went to Mimi's for a Valentine's dinner.  The Zeifles, Nances, McCrumbs and the Clark's.   We left there about 7. Back home for TV and cuddle. 

February 13, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Another day has passed.   We got and Steve went to carving.  I got the laundry ready spraying  those items that needed it.  Then I brushed the dog's teeth.  Piddled in the sewing room,  and all the normal chores.  Hung up my artwork. Steve came back early  And I loaded up the laundry.   5 loads and plenty of presence by the laundry police.  Fortunately I still managed to get all the laundry done.  Shirley and John showed up with their laundry and we read together while our laundry was washing and drying.  Steve is going to help John do some work on his motorhome.  Along with Wally and Larry they are going to somehow lift the slide from the inside and the girls are going to insert some 2x4's from the outside so that they can see what the problem is.  Steve went to the dentist and can now make an appointment to have his post put in. He also canceled his root canal for now.  Once I returned home from doing laundry  we decided to take a Teryx ride to the mail.  We sat and happy houred fir awhile then we took Lexi for a ride with us.  Then back to the rig for some sewing.  We BBQ'ed chicken for dinner.  Dishes and put away clothes.   The TV and cuddles. 

February 12, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Today was our morning at the nail parlor.  Breakfast and chores first.  Thinking our appointment was at 9:30 we left here at 9:15.  When we got to the parlor we found out that our appointment was not until 10:30.so we went over to McDonald's.   Steve had breakfast and I had a mocha.  Then we got our toes and my nails done.  Then back to the rig to get ready for coloring.   Today Steve decided to do our taxes.  The first hurdle was to purchase and download it onto the PC.  When I got back from coloring and block of the week  Steve was still struggling to get the figures for our income from Social security. He asked me financial questions that if course I had no answer for and of course that pissed him off.  But I read while he cursed the world.  At 5 we ran over to Firehouse subs for a quick sandwich.   Then over to the Clubhouse to lose at Bingo.  Back to the rig for the usual TV and cuddles. 

February 11, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Well the day started off early.  Betty and I had a plan which we executed to perfection.   We left here at 8:45.  I drove.  The rain stopped.   First stop Palm Creek.  Betty bought stretch lids.  Auto trash bag- kansas City and two soup cozies also kansas city.  Then it was my turn .  New sun glasses.   Which the guy replaced for $5.00.  Then a basket.  Then off to Ross.  Found a cute purse and a jacket.  Ran thru Kohl's Then over to JoAnn's and home.  Steve was just getting home.  We snacked for lunch knowing dinner would be early.  I sewed.   Blocks are now ready to be sewed on the river quilt.   I decided to do somecckeaning and organizing and I vacuumed the back as it was filthy.   Then I walked and fed the dogs.  Can't forget the dogs.   The the Nances picked us up and we were off to Eva's.   We had a great time as usual.  The back to the rig and TV time. 

February 10, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Well I slept in this morning until 8.  Got up leisurely,  had breakfast and did chores.  I started sewing.   Then Steve decided to take a Teryx ride and then we had a wonderful lunch at the food truck in the park.   At 12:30 we went to paint and sip.  Sandy, Shirley, Leslie, Betty and myself went and painted our little hearts out. It was fun and I did ok for the first time. 

 After that I came home  and finished up some sewing.   We ate dinner and I did dishes.  Finally TV and cuddles

February 9, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We were up early  this morning so we could take a ride. We had breakfast and did chores.  We too 10 to 187/387  thru Florence then 60 to Globe and up to ShowLow.  Cute little town.  We stopped at a rest stop so I could use the restroom.  They were clean but they had no place to rinse off your hands.  I came out ready to find wipes in the truck.   As soon as I got to the truck I promptly tripped over the parking bollard and did a face plant on my side of the truck.  The guy parked next to tried to help me get up which I finally did as I grabbed the mirror post to help me up.  Blood was everywhere.   I split my lip scraped my chin and knees.  Cut myself on the side of my nose .  We had no wipes.  Some guy on a motorcycle gave us wipes and some stuff and water.  I got blood on everything including my blouse.  Anyway we finally got underway.   On to Show Low.  We did take out at Burger King as I didn't want to be seen in my bloody shirt.  Then on to Payson and back thru Phoenix and finally back to Casa Grande.  We stopped At Safeway for gas and a few groceries.   Again I stayed in the car.  Back at the rig I walked the dogs and put away the groceries .  Fixed a quick dinner.  Sandy called to make sure I was ok and offered dinner.  Finally we called it a day and went for TV and cuddles.

February 8, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

I slept in really late today.   8:30.  Had breakfast and then we took a Teryx ride all over the park looking at the patio sales.  Didn't find any junk to acquire.   Betty called and wanted me to go with them to JoAnn's first which turned into Michael's.   Betty was in a hurry to get back so we zipped through Michael's and came back.  I sewed for awhike then Steve took me to Fry's for a few things for dinner plus a few more things.  Sandy and Betty made sable wreaths.  I might have to make on next year!  Once we came back we did a hour and a half at happy hour.   Came back so I could make chicken roll ups which turned out really well.   Lots of dishes.  We decided to take a ride over to Show Low tomorrow and take the puppies with us.  TV and cuddles.

February 7, 2020 Fiesra Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

The day started out early today.   We got up very early.  Steve's alarm went off at 6.  He snoozed it till 6:30.  Finally got up and took his shower.  I got up at 7.  We got up and out by 8.  We had breakfast at the Iron Skillet.  At nine we used the google maps and discovered that we were an hour and 45 minutes away from the Titan Missile site which would have us missing our tour. Apparently there was a bad wreck on Hwy 19.  Anyway somehow we managed to get there ahead of Doug and Karen.   We did the tour which was kind of interesting since  our tour guide actually worked at the site.   The tour lasted  about an hour and a half.   The 55 stairs up nearly killed us but otherwise it was very nice.   At noon we followed the Polks to their new rental in Sucharita.  They are there for at least 4 more months.  The place is pretty sparse.  Not wanting to unpack stuff.  She fixed us a lovely dinner of spaghetti,  garlic bread and kale salad.  We chatted for awhile then people came to install a new microwave.  Then we were back home by 3:30.  We relaxed for awhile then took a Teryx ride.   We paid Sandy and Alan a visit  to thank them for watching the dogs.   I also wanted to find out about how her ablation went yesterday.   Then back to the house . I finally finished my potholder tops .  Now they all have to be quilted and the binding out on.  Finally time for TV and cuddles.  Sleeping in tomorrow!

February 6, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Well I would classify our day as interesting.  We got up,,had breakfast, and chores.  Then Steve took off for carving and Betty came by to finish our bucket project. They turned out really cute. Then Betty and I took off for JoAnn's to get buttons.  Then back for lunch.  After that I sewed till it was time to go to Paul and Shirley's fir cards.  Carla was there with the two dogs.   She is something else and quite a talker.  I would hate to be on her wrong side.  She swears like a sailor.   Rides a Harley. They have an airplane.  They go back and forth to the Dominican republic.   Anyway we played two hands of Five Crowns.  It was rather hot in their house.  About 4:15 we decided to go to Barros Pizza to avoid the crowds.  We went home and took the dogs to the dog park then fed them so we wouldn't forget the feed them again.  Sophie got out and took off down the street.   Once we got her secured we took off.  Good thing we went when we did.  As we were waiting for our pizza the line was forming out the door.  We had a real nice dinner.  Then home. I finished up my sewing project.  The we adjourned for TV and cuddles. 

February 5, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

A very busy Wednesday.   I
Also I feel so bad.  I am a terrible Dog Mom.  I totally forgot to feed the pups last night.  I didn't realize it until I took them to the dog park and neither one had pooped since last night.  They had nothing to poop out.  I went over to the quilt room to finish our buckets which went very smoothly.  I came back after noon grabbed lunch, walked the dogs and discover the poop problem source.  Then off to coloring and line dancing.  At 2:15 we headed over to the quilt room for block of the month only to find out that they had the meeting an hour early.   We got our next block then came back to the rig for a Teryx ride and some sewing.   We BBQ'ed pork steaks for dinner .  Then we were off to Bingo.  Betty Bingoed and I missed one  I had over looked a number that had been called.  Oh well next time.  I would have had to split with Betty.  Then home for TV and cuddles. 

February 4, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Average day.  I got up about 7:30.  Steve was still asleep in n the recliner. He decided to skip carving and go straight to the dentist.  He left about 10:45. I was sewing.   At noon I walked the dogs and grabbed a quick bite.  Betty was waiting for me in the quilt room.  We worked on our buckets and bows project.  It was easier than anticipated. We worked until 3:30.  I rushed home and walked the dogs.  Then if to Taco Tuesday.   It was mediocre at best.  Their food is not the best.  Looking forward to not going to these meetings  at Eva's.  Ready to go to Congress.   I doubt now that we will be coming back here next year.  Steve said that if is more than $1600 for the season we won't be coming.  I think he was trying to pick a fight.  As it turns out out he is going to have to have a root canal and crown which is another $700 out of pocket.  Anyway tomorrow is another day. 
After dinner I finished the project I was working on and then TV and ice cream for the rest of the night.

Well today I spent most of the day with abetty at her place.  I got up about 10 to 7.  Then I chilled on the sofa til 8.  Grumpy Steve tried his darndest to make enough noise to wake me up by 8.  Breakfast and chores and a spending lecture.  Betty knocked on the door to tell me she was ready to work.  So I gathered up my marbles and went down to her house to cut out the things we needed for the buckets and bows.  I was there until after 2.  Steve came by to entice me on a ride in the Teryx with the puppies but Betty is relentless.   Everything must be done.  Steve was miffed but finally got over it.  I finally got to sit down for a few minutes.   Then we decided to run over to Safeway to restock our drink supply.  Steve finally told me he has a toothache. Hence his bad mood.   I insisted that he try to get in to see the dentist which he did as soon as we got home.  I did a little sewing, then fixed left over Irene's white spaghetti for dinne as it was too windy to BBQ.   Dinner, dishes  and more TV and cuddles.

February 2, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

It was Super Bowl Sunday and a sad day for the 49ers and their fans.  All quiet in the park.  I got up before 7 and was down in the Laundry by 9:30.  Put the laundrry in the machines put the card in the machine and it was declined.  4 times.  Jumped in the Teryx and came and got quarters to put in the machines.  Started the washers and came back for a different card which worked.  I finished the last of the folding by 12:30.  Came back and started making pigs in the blanket.  Started the oven heating and off we went.  I came back and started making the pigs while Steve took the dogs to the dog park.  After lunch I sewed for awhile.  Then at 4 we went down to the ballroom and got our brat and hot dog.  And came back and ate our snack at home.  We watched the niners get beat and Steve is moping.   I watched the game with him and moved up to the bedroom with the dogs.  I had to put away all of my clothes  and the towels and stuff that Steve couldn't be bothered with.  One or two items he claimed he didn't know where they went.  Went i asked him he threw a hissy  fit .  The best defense is a good offense. 

February 1, 2020 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Another beautiful day in the neighborhood.   A lot was accomplished.   We started a new month and today was National Eat Ice Cream For Breakfast day.  Which we did.  Only Steve ate biscuits and gravy first.  I was not wanting ice cream when I got up which was unusual.  Any we took pics and ate our pint of ice cream.  Then chores and we got ready to run to Walmart. We went and Steve got a haircut with my not suggesting it first. Then Walmart.   Back home we decided to take the Teryx to go to the hot dog lunch at the craft fair.  We out our name in for a new spot which will put us closer to the group. We ate our lunch outside in front of the trailer.   Then I sewed for awhile. About 3:30 we took a longer ride.  We stopped to visit Judy McKnight and her husband from Alberta Canada.  We went to the quilt show together.   She kind of bummed a ride with us.  They own a bed and breakfast.  Then we went around the block and visited with a fellow Carver. Named Alan and his wife.  They are fellow grand Design owners.  They are from Saskatchewan.   A quick stop at the dog  park.  Bact ti sewing.  Got done everything I planned on doing.  Then I got some terrible news from kim and Glenda.   Marie Moore passed away from Cancer.  I can't say I am surprised  as she never called back when I called on her Birthday.  She was diagnosed in July and gone in 6 months.  Wow.  She must not have been giving me only part of the story when I saw her in October.  And she didn't answer my emails. We will wait awhile before calling Jim. 
We BBQ'ed chicken thighs for dinner.  Dishes and then TV and cuddles.
