February 28, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Today we had our third annual bisquits and gravy breakfast.  We sat down in the windy cold at 9.  It was yummy.   We gave the girls their apron which they loved.  At 10:30 we cleaned up and chilled for awhile.   Then I did some show and tell with Colleen and Betty.  Then she came to see my quilts.  Then we decided to do a late lunch early dinner at Bostons.  We took Lexi on a Teryx ride to the dog park. Then she came here for a visit and she and hazel almost came to blow.  We had pizza at Bostons it was quite good.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 27, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Out early  for our walk.  Not much pep to our step.  We cooled down.  I helped Betty put her rickrack on.  Then came home and put bindings on my two quilts.  Sandy and Betty came by for a visit.  Colleen and Mike arrived.  We got our reservations at Palo Dura.  I made pulled pork for dinner.  The Fords joined us for dinner.  We had our zoom meeting with the kids.  Nikki and Dave missed out.  Stephanie came at the last minute as she had been napping.  Becky forgot about it.  Anyway the Fords left about 8:30.  I cleaned the kitchen and it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

  

February 26, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Another fun day at Fiesta Grande RV Resort.   Up early to walk but postponed it a half an hour as it was pretty cold out.  Steve did quite a few chores including raking and watering the yard.  We did a short walk as we out walked ourselves yesterday.   

After walking there was sewing at Betty's.   A quick lunch then it was time for games.  Sandy and I decided that we needed to go out for dinner.   We each told our husbands that the other one asked us out.  Somehow they saw through our plan.  We played 5 crowns and had a real fun time.  Then we took some time to make a few reservations  but decided we would not plan too far ahead as we don't have any time constraints.   A Teryx ride with the dogs and we were ready to go to Lucky's for Chinese.   It was crowded but we survived.   Then home for TV and cuddles with the dogs each on our own TV. 

February 25, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We walked three miles today.  Then we collapsed.  We cooled down.  Then I went home to do a few chores.    Steve went on an all day motorcycle ride through the Salt Rock canyon.  After chores I went to Betty's to sew.  We got as far as we could go. We got three done.  Then I worked on a block while Betty ironed my binding.  Steve got home about 3:30.  Sandy finally spilled her guts about what is going on with her.  Apparently she has water on the brain.  

We had chicken cordon blue for dinner.   Dishes  coffee and dog teeth and it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.  

February 24, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well we are 27 days away from leaving with lots to do before we go.  We walk med 3 miles today and felt good about it. We came back to cool down.  Then I trimmed my quilts and Betty worked on a new block.  We me to play Shit on your neighbor.  Like uno except with playing cards.  We then played 5 crowns.  Stevecwas busy all day.  He worked on sealing the boards on the Teryx trailer.   Then washed the Teryx and his motorcycle.  We ran to the mailbox in the Teryx.   We had dinner.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 23, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We were out walking as usual at 8:30.  Steve did not go.  Then a quick cool down and off to Shelly's for Betty's haircut.  I sat in the truck and waited.  Then if to the quilters to pick up the quilts.  They turned out gorgeous.   Finally we were all over Walmart.   Unpacked the groceries.   Steve commandeered me to go with him to pick up the Teryx.   Brought it back here and parked the trailer in storage.   Then Betty and I  took the Teryx to the mailbox along with three dogs.  Back at the trailer we sat out while we waited to take the dogs to the dog run.  As we came back the neighbors came back from getting their shots. Fed the dogs then the Tuesday night supper club went to Boston's.   Wonderful cobb salad.  Back at the house for another Teryx ride.   Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.  

February 22, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We had a great day today.  Steve is on a trajectory to a major meltdown.   He is cross then fine. 

Anyway we did our walk.  I decided to go shopping with Larry and Betty.  Came home and put the groceries away.  Then at 1 we played train.  Sandy came and sat with us when she got back from her MRI.  Karen came by to chat as well. We played until about 4 then Betty and I walked down to the mailbox.  

I sat and finished my JD Robb book.  We had left over hamburger meat.  I did dishes then it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   

February 21, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort,

 We had a day off from walking.   We slept in until 8.  Then we had coffee and breakfast.   We cleaned up the house for our guests.  They arrived about 11 and stayed until 3.  It was Don and Maylene Hulth.  She was from Guam.  She had so many diamonds on her hands I am surprised  she could lift them.  He went to school with Steve.  She was a talker.  We went to lunch at Chilis.   They finally left and we did our Birthday for Alan at Dairy Queen.  We didn't have  dinner.  We hung out.  I read for awhile.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 20, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We got up early and did our walk.  Then our cool down.  Steve is in a snit about something.   He is being a real butthead.  So what else is new.  After the walk I did a few chores.  Steve finished working on his Teryx trailer.  Betty and I sewed most of the afternoon.   Came home for awhile.   At 5 we jumped in the car to have dinner at Burros Pizza with Larry  and Betty.  Then Larry went home and the three if us drove to Glendale to State Farm Arens for our first civid 19 shot.  We got there earlier and we got right in.  We were done in half an hour. Then back home by 8:30.  Sandy was here with the dogs keeping them company.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 19, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well this was even a busier day than most.  Sandy went to the back doctor and has MRI scheduled.   Won't talk about it.  Can't be good.  

Up early  for our walk and cool down.  Then down to the laundry with Sandy.  Did our 2.5 hours. Steve couldn't take thevtime to put away anything but his own clothes. Couldn't take the time to even put away two towels.  Amazing.  Home for lunch then out in the courtyard for a game of five  crowns . A walk to the dog park. We did happy hour outside.  Steve rode his motorcycle to the store to get printer ink and stuff to fix his storage bin on the trailer.  We BBQ'ed chicken thighs for dinner.  Dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 18, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Another busy day at Fiesta Grande.   We took our morning walk as usual. We cooled down . We were able to make our appointment for our first vaccine at State Farm Arena in Glendale.  Saturday night at 8.  I went home for a bit.  Then Betty and I started sewing on our Surprise aprons.  Steve took care if the lug nuts for the trailer.   I came home and we made enchiladas for dinner.  Dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 17, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well I thought it would be a fight to come back next year but Steve told Sandy and Alan we were coming back. We were up early Steve went to Ahwatukee to the dentist and I went for a walk.  Then I came home and did chores and some sewing.   Steve came home and brought the Teryx trailer home.  Then I played Mexican train with the girls.  Back at the house we decided to go out to Chinese with Sandy and Alan.  We went to Lucky's. Came home and it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 16, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

We were up early notvtobwalk but Steve took his harem to the nail salon for pedicures. Steve was hesitant but it went ok. He made reservations for four in a month.  Then back.  Regrouped in our trailer.  Then over to Betty's  to work on our secret project which is aprons for all.  Then it was time to go to the early bird ice cream giveaway and issuing of prices.  At four we headed over to Eva's  for Tuesday night supper club.  They were really crowded and there was a line waiting.  Same awful food.  Back to the rig.  Then it was time to settle in for the night.  Time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 15, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Happy President Day.  Found out the Cousin Sally passed on Friday the 12th. She has pancreatic cancer which had metastasized into other parts of her body. 

We got up early and about 9:15 we took our walk.  Steve cut out early.  I came back and did chores.   Betty and Larry went to the big city. So it was just Steve and I. Then I sputtered around the house.  Steve found out he was going to the foot spa with 3 women.  

Suzanne,  Sandy and I decided to play Chicken Foot.  I will be glad when Jubilee goes back to her parents.   Sandy interrupted the game several times to walk the dog.  Finally Betty came and interrupted the game to give out chickens etc.  Then I did a little sewing.  I made steak salads for dinner.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 14, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

Wonderful day with friends.  Hot up late.  Made Steve pancakes .  Some for Alan and Sandy too.  Then clean up.  Betty did not go for breakfast.   Sandy came  to visit.  Got ready for the Taco bar.  We ate at Betty's.   It was yummy.  Steve cooked the tortillas.   The girls played two hands of five Crowns.   It was a blast.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 13, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well it is Valentine Eve.  Steve went all out.  Chocolate donuts and a card.  I didn't get him a card.  His turn to spoil me.  

We got out and did our walk.  Steve even went all the way.  Steve went home to watch the impeachment trail.  They weren't able to impeach the President .  

Betty and I dropped off my two quilts then we did a marathon trip to Walmart.   Once we put away the groceries we chilled the rest of the afternoon.   It was very windy here.  Steve ran Valentine errands.  We BBQ'ed steaks.  Dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 12, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Busy day today.  Early walk with the Nances and a cool down.  Then over to the house to wait for our insurance broker to call.  Did some ironing.   Alan went with Steve to take the Teryx in for repairs and then the trailer.  They went out for lunch.  It was wonderful.   We played games at noon.  Betty and Larry went to McMashers.  Steve and I went to the grocery store.  I finished ironing  my quilts. Fixed dinner.  Dishes. Finally at almost 8 I found time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   

Steve is talking about work camping again.  Hopefully it is all talk as usual.

February 11, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 We left the house by 7:45.  We were lined up at La Casa before 8.  There were nine rigs.  We went out to BLM land beyond Arizona City. It was hot and very dusty.  The Teryx stared acting up. Most likely in the transmission.  We made it back without having to be towed.  We parked it in Sandy's yard so we can take it in for repairs.  Once we got home we both took showers.   The water was black that came off our bodies. Betty took good care or the puppies.   They got to go over to Betty's and had fun with Lexi til they left.  Then the Clark's and us went out to Culver's for dinner.  I am pooped.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 10, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Crazy day.  Out early  for our walk.  Steve decided I was going with him tomorrow for the Teryx ride. So there went all my plans for my solo day.  So Steve got involved with changing our healthcare plan.  It was very stressful but Kaiser is pretty expensive and not available to us.  So then at 12:25 he decides we need to load the Teryx.  Damn Betty for agreeing to walk the puppies. I made it back just in time to have our game day.  Karen Andrew whom neither Betty or I like came over because she didn't want to go to Harbor Freight with her husband.   After the game broke up there was more talk with the insurance broker.  Then I got one quilt back ironed.  Dinner of fried egg sandwiches and dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles. 

February 9, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 I am very nervous as we are changing healthcare providers.  Not sure of all the ramifications but hope it goes well.   We may have to to the doctor before we leave here. 

Otherwise it was a normal day which started out with our walk.  A cool down then I prepared for laundry.   Sandy and I spent 2.5 hours at the laundry.  Then home where Steve was  filling out the paperwork  for the insurance.    We left for Annyas for our Tuesday night Supper club.  Steve and Larry rub each other the wrong  way.  Makes it difficult for Betty and I. We took Lexi with us for Teryx ride.  She was not happy  to share the seat with anyone including me.  

February 8, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Beautiful day  here.  Walked at 8:30.  Even Steve.  Then changed clothes.  Took Sandy and me to get hair cuts.  Back for lunch.  Then time for coloring outside on the table.   Jubilee chewed through her leash. Sandy monopolized the conversation with a long telephone call which kind of pissed me off. Teryx ride, second of the day.  Sat outside with Betty and Larry.  Then Steve decided he wanted KFC for dinner so we went to grab the big Fill deal.  The bisquits were hard as rocks  but the coleslaw was good.  We watched games shows till 7 then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 7, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Superbowl 55 is over.  The Chiefs played terrible and Ton Brady won again.  We got up late.  Then after coffee and chores we went for breakfast at IHOP.  it was not the best. We decided to get up earlier and go elsewhere.  Then came home and sewed all day.  Finished both quilts.  Everything needs pressing.  Then we watched the super bowl.   We each watched it separately.   Didn't want to listen to Larry cry.  We didn't win the money.  I delivered the winnings.  Visited Sandy awhile.   Betty still hasn't fully recovered from her surgery.   Up and down off the bed all night. Cuddles with the dogs as usual.

February 6, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Today was National Eat ice cream for breakfast day.  We celebrated but I just couldn't face eating ice cream for breakfast  so we each ate a pint after dinner.

We went on our normal walk but Betty can't walk fast so we stopped a lot.  Steve came late but missed us.  We still got over two miles in.  We did our cool down . Then I went home to sew.  An hour later Betty came over. She visited for a couple of hours.  She didn't feel like sewing so no one got anything done.  I got one project done.  Then it was time for dinner.  We BBQ'ed chicken.  Dinner then dishes.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 5, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well today was ok.  I got my sewing machine back.  Steve and I did a 1.5 mile walk in the park. Then we stopped so Steve could shower and we could leave.  We got home and cooled down.  Then Steve wanted to watch Deal or No Deal.  Any way he decided we could record it and he took his shower and we left.  We got to Mulqeens about 11:30.  I got to shop about a half an hour.  Then we tried to find a to eat but it was the lunch hour so everything was packed.  We decided to do our Walmart shopping first then find somewhere to eat.  Unfortunately we ended up back at Burger King in Casa Grande.  Then home.   We kicked back for awhile.  We picked up some oranges along the road so I shred them with Sandy and Alan and Susan.  Teryx ride then happy hour with Betty and Larry.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   No dinner tonight since we had a very late lunch.  

February 4, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Today was a great day.   Not only did I have a break from Steve but also from Betty.  Steve went on a motorcycle ride and Betty had cataracts removed in one eye.  So the dogs and I did our 2 mile walk.  I sat out for awhile and cooled down.  Then came in and did puzzles.   Had lunch. Cut fabric.   Took the dogs for a walk to mail some letters.  When I got back Steve was home.   A Teryx ride to the dog park.  A quick visit with Betty who was sitting out.  Then home for reading and finally finishing my book.  Then chores leftovers and finally TV and cuddles with the dogs.   

February 3, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well the weather is getting warmer.  We walked at the normal time.  We cooled down.  Each at our own homes.  At one we had our game day and started a game of Mexican Train.   We sat outside in between the rigs.  I finished selling spots on the Super Bowl pool.  Then Sandy and I went to Fry's.   That was an ordeal.   Put away the groceries.   Betty came over to draw the numbers.  Then dinner,  dishes and it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 2, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 Well our friends aren't coming due to fears of Covid.  Today Betty had an early morning appointment so I got to take a day of rest.  We got up late and I made breakfast for Steve.  We hung out here . I was able to get some sewing done.  I ran to the mailbox and took the dogs for a run to the dog park.  Then we went to the diners club meeting at  McMashers.   We hung out at the firepit afterward for about an hour. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 1, 2021 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ

 The weather was kind of funky all day.  We did our walk.  Even Steve went out.  Then over to Betty's to work on the next applique.   Back home for lunch.  Then coloring with the girls.   Sandy didn't feel like cooking so we decided to go out for our thank you dinner.  They treated us to dinner for helping with the microwave installation.  The Fords came over to chat. They never once invited us to join them to do anything.  Very odd.  They leave tomorrow.   Then after sitting and chatting for awhile we left to have dinner at Cracker barrel.  It was very good.  Then home.  We thought everyone would like to sit out.  Everyone canceled including the Fords.  So we came inside.  I did dishes then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.
