 Steve woke me up at 7. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  Then i sorted the clothes and headed to the laundry.  Could only do two loads at a time. So took longer than normal.   4 loads washed dried and folded . Home by l for a quick lunch.  Then TV and stitching for the rest of the night.

Sunday August 30, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Spinning for both of us. Then we got out of the trailer.   Headed to Semiahoo peninsula to check out the Marina and all the homes down there. Then we headed out the Lummi Island area and drove around.  Saw the island from the ferry departure landing. Got gas and ice cream then headed to tractor in Ferndale. Picked up a pizza and ice-cream in Birch Bay.   Had an early dinner.  Then stitching and TV the rest of the day.

 Got up about 8:30. Breakfast chores and crosswords and spinning.  Got dressed as I thought we were going out. But no. Steve realized there was football on so we spent another day in the campground in the trailer. Another day of tv and stitching.  Surprise.

Friday, August 28, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 Got up really late, 8:20. Coffee and crackers,  chores. The i made Steve scrambled eggs and sausage.  Crosswords and spinning.  Got dressed about 11.  Steve picked blackberries.  The TV and stitching the rest of the day.  Another day in the trailer.  

Thursday August 27, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 Got up late, about 8. Breakfast chores and crosswords,  did some spinning.  11 before I got dressed.  Then more stitching and TV.  Gas is too pricy to drive very far. Overcast most of the day.  Normal weather for this part of the country. 

Wednesday August 26, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.   Then we took off for Mt Baker. It was too smokey and hazy to ferry many decent pics.  Got home about 2. Nice to do some sightseeing  tho.  Finished another roundabout.  More TV and stitching.

 Dolly Parton passed today, a country western icon.  Breakfast chores, crosswords and spinning.  Stayed home all day. TV and stitching. Normal routine.  

Monday August 24, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 Day two and I think we will both go crazy for 10 more days here.  We were up by 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  About eleven we got in the car in search of cheap gas and a few groceries.  Home about 1 . Quick lunch. Then TV and stitching  the rest of the day.  Not much we haven't done here.

 We got up about 8. It was nice to sleep in. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  Then it was TV and stitching the rest if the day.  Hungvout at the trailer all day.  Tacos for dinner. Steve was in a better mood.  Talked to relatives  this morning. 

Saturday August 22, 2026, Birch Bay TT, Blaine WA

 We got up about 7. Steve was upset because he woke up before 6 and had to be quiet for 45 minutes.  We were on the road at 8:30 . Dumped as we left the park.  We were delayed with traffic construction and an accident.  Drove 208 miles. Stopped at a TA in the snowqualami pass to potty. Lunch was at a rest stop near Everett.  Then arrived here about 1:30.  It was as usual stressful going through Bellvue area.  Traffic was bad as ever.  

Friday, August 21, 2026 Ellensburg Kamp Resort, Ellensburg WA

 We have been gone a month today.  We got up about 7. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  Then stitching for awhile. A,quick lunch. Then we drove down Ellensburg.  Stopped at Fred Meyer gas station and some told us about a place call Shree's about 10 miles away that had gas about 60 cents a gallon cheaper. Then we went to the Fred Meyer store and picked up a few groceries.   Then we went to Sharee about 5 miles past the camp site. Got the truck filled up. Then we were supposed to head home but Steve got on the freeway going the opposite direction.   So that was an extra 20 miles out of the way.  Got home put everything away.  Then stitching and TV the rest of the day. Picking up stuff to move out in the morning. 

Thursday August 20, 2026, Ellensburg Kamp Resort, Ellensburg WA

 We got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.   Then stitching and TV most of the day.  We bought a brick oven pizza from the park.  Frozen pizza ugh.  Football in the evening.   Stevecwas extra nice today.  What's up with that? We are parked very close to the fast moving Yakima River.

Wednesdays August 19, 2026, Ellensburg Kamp Resort, Ellensburg , WA

 Got upbjust before 7. Breakfast chores crosswords.  Spinning.   Then we slowly packed up our marbles and left about 10:30.  We drove about 160 miles. Stopped twice for potty break.  For Steve. Arrived about 2.  Warm. Then TV and stitching the rest ofvthe day.  Lots of farmland between here and Cheney..

 Got up late this morning.  After 8, Breakfast , chores and crosswords.  Started picking up stuff to travel. Steve dumped and washed windows.  Otherwise it was stitching and TV. I did get to spin.  Heading to Ellensburg tomorrow to sit.  

Monday, August 17, 2026, Ponderosa Falls RV Park, Cheney WA

 We got  up about 7:30.  Crackers,  chores, and the real breakfast. Leftover French toast for breakfast.  Then spinning and separated clothes preparing for laundry.  4 loads washed dried and folded.  Tried to dry clothes in a washer which did not work well.  Then home and  we put everything away.  Made the bed.  We decided to gas up the truck and visit the local Safeway.   Came home put all that away.  Finally time for stitching and TV.  Pooped

Sunday, August 16, 2026, Ponderosa Falls RV Park, Cheney WA

 Got up about 7:30. Crackers Coffee and chores.  Steve went to get the cinnamon rolls. They were OK but not as good as they were 5 years ago.  Steve did some spinning then went outside to wash the trailer with his new hand held pressure washer. While he was doing that I mopped the floors and did some other cleaning jobs on the inside.  After that it was TV and stitching.  Steve walked with me to the dog park.  Yay! Not.

 We got up at 6:30. Coffee. Chores. We we off at 8:10 to have breakfast in the clubhouse. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Another quiet day in the rig.  Football TV and stitching.   Walk to the dog park.  Over cast most of the day. 

Friday, August 14, 2026, Ponderosa Falls RV park, Cheney WA

 I woke up about 7. Played on my phone til Steve woke up at 7:30. Breakfast chores and crosswords.  I thought Steve was going down to the club to work out but no. He worked out . I stitched.  We watched football.  Steve walked to the office and ordered our Pizza. He picked it up at 5.  It was quite good. I walked the dogs to the dog park. Otherwise I stitched and watched TV.

Thursday August 13, 2026, Ponderosa Falls RV Resort, Cheney WA

 I woke up about 7. Steve about 7:30, breakfast chores . Steve walked up to the office. I decided to spin. Other than that it was Quiet day at home. Deisel is over $6.00 a gallon so we won't be doing alot of sight seeing.  Ver nice park.  I walked the dogs to the dog park. Park is filling up for the weekend.  Parkbis situated right in the middle of a neighborhood.   Interesting. 

Wednesday, August 12, 2026, Ponderosa Falls RV Park, Cheney, WA

 We are back on the west Coast in Washington.  We got up about 7:30.  Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.   We packed up and headed out about 10:30.  We drove 116 miles to Cheney. We made one lunch stop. Arrived around 1:30. Set up. Turned on the TV and watched TV and i stitched. 

Tuesday August 11, 2026, North Haven RV Park, Bonner's Ferry. ID

 I got woke up at 6:45. Breakfast chores and a crossword.  Steve worked out.  I got some stitching done. Then we jumped in the truck. Stopped about 2 miles from the park at Tractor Supply picked up some dog food.  Then we drove 40 miles to Sand Point to check it out. Just a regular town.  Back to Ponderay to go to Walmart. A stop for gas and a Safeway for ice cream and we headed home. Put everything away. Then a huge lunch at 2:30 . Too full for spaghetti.  More eggs. TV and stitching the rest of the night 

Monday, August 10, 2026, Noth Haven RV, Bonner's Ferry, ID

 We were up ny 7:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.   The we gradually packed up and headed out about 11. We drove about 160 miles. Stopped just before we got to the rest stop on the side of the road with a view of the river. Beautiful country. Still smokey. When we got to the campsite we noticed the under cover of the trailer was coming off. So after we got the trailer set up  and out . We spent an hour and a half putting it back upcwith duct tape and screws. Steve was under the trailer and I was outside handing him things.

Sunday August 9, 2026, Beargrass RV Park, Hungry Horse MT

 We got up leisurely.  Breakfast chores and crosswords and spinning.  Steve worked out. I made egg salad for lunches. Sophie made us nuts.  The rest of the day was quiet. TV and stitching.  

Saturday August 8, 2026, Beargrass RV, Hungry Horse MT

 I got to sleep really late this morning.  8:45.  Coffee, chores. Then I made sausage and Frech toast.  Then we jumped in the car and went to see the Hungry Horse Dam.  About 6 miles away. But because Steve does not believe in signs we went to the east end of the reservoir and drove about 15 miles  on a rusty gravel road. Then turned around and came back to really see the Dam.  564 ft high, 11th tallest in the US.  Finally we returned to go back to the meat shop to get more sausage and hamburgers.  Then home . TV and stitching the rest of the day.  

Friday, August 7, 2026, Beargrass RV, Hungry Horse, MT

 Got up about 8. Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Steve and I both got to spin. I guess Steve did not want to lift weights so we decided to go into Kalispell to Costco.   Our neighbors are a young family from the Haifa area in Israel.  They are here for a couple of months taking a break from the war zone.  His name is Slavic.  The works for a non profit- Jews for Jesus.  Took a sabbatical. Friend gave him a truck to use. Bought a small pull behind trailer since that was cheaper than renting one.  Interestingly  they have bikes and a kayak in the back of the truck. I am sure they did not bring them from Israel.  Kind of strange.   They must have preplanned this trip for awhile.   Very strange.  They must also be flush with cash. 

Anyway we went to Costco about 30 miles away. Spent small fortune then went to our favorite meat market right outside Columbia Falls RV . Perfect Cuts.  Got back and got it it the freezer.  Then TV and stitching the rest of the day.  Steaks in the Ninja.

Thursday August 6, 2026, Beargrass RV Resort, Hungry Horse MT

 Got up about 7. Breakfast chores andxwe packed up and hit the road by 9. We drove 275 miles.  Stopped for gas and a quick lunch. Arrived here about 2. Got set and kicked back.  Very smokey here.  

Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Butte KOA, Butte MT

 Got up about 7, breakfast chores and crosswords . Separated the dirty clothes. Went to the laundry about 10 and did 4 loads. Done and put away by 1:00.  Stitching then some spinning.  Dinner, dishes.   More stitching.   

Tuesday August 4, 2026, Butte KOA, Butte MT

 We got up about 7. Breakfast chores and packing. We left about 9. Drove 275 miles to Butte. Stopped twice . Once for potty,  once for lunch.  Arrived about 2. Nice comfortable weather.  Then after quick setup  we headed over to Safeway to pickup some prescriptions for Steve. Gas and home . Then stitching and TV the rest of the night.

Monday, August 3, 2026, Indian Springs RV American Falls ID

 We gotvuo late . Woke up at 8:15. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  Steve worked out. Took the dogs out, lunch. Then we headed out to the local grocery stores to look for drinks for Steve.  No luck so we drove 20 miles to Walmart .Steve was able to get a hair cut at Great Clips.  Stocked up on a few things.  Mainly water and drinks.  Then stopped for gas on the way home. Unloaded and pottied the dogs.  Then TV and stitching.  

Sunday, August 2, 2026, Indian Springs RV, American Falls ID

 We got up about 8. Crackers, chores and crosswords.  Made Steve pancakes. We rearranged itinerary due to the intense smoke in eastern  Washington.   Other than that it was stitching and TV.  We didn't go to the store. Hung out at the trailer all day again.  Decided not to take a tour of all the hay fields.   

Saturday August 1, 2026, Indian Springs RV Park, American Falls ID

 Got up about 7:30. Breakfast chores and crosswords.  Did a few cleaning chores.  Steve fixed the fan stand. Steve worked out. We both used the elipse. We stayed home all day. TV and stitching  all day.  Finally finished the tail of the panda!  Took almost a week.
