Feburary 28, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Beautiful day weather wise.  We got up early to take the rig to Big O. I felt like I had a uti so I made an appointment  with the doc for a pee test.  We hooked up and were off.  Got to Big O and found out that we could not use our own parts plus there was no room to store the rig in their parking lot.  Returned the rig to Orchard Ranch.  Got yelled at as expected.  Tired of that.  Then if to the doc.  Missed the turn. Peed in the cup. Got a prescription.  Then off to Ace hardware.   Checked out Alverez tire.  Then lunch at Firehouse subs.   Then over to Walmart. Script not ready of course.  Home about 2:30. Steve's table arrived.  Took the Teryx to the dog park  and mail box.  So after a nap of course Steve wanted to put it together with my help.  Fried eggs for dinner.  Steve still pussed off.  The man has no compassion for ant body but himself and what he wants.  Finally after clean up it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 27, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

  We got up had Breakfast.  Did chores then went to church.   I am surprised as Steve is the one who want to.  We got up to leave and a guy named Jeff got dizzy and fell backwards onto me.  Left a sore spot on my forehead.   Steve of course was totally oblivious.   Came back to get the dogs hung a few pictures and had lunch.  Then over to Colleen's to water.  Next the rig.  Finished getting it packed and ready to go to Big O tomorrow.   Then back to the house to rest. I wrapped floss for 3 hours.  Then another trip to the dog park.  Then drove around the park. We BBQ'ed chicken patties for dinner. Dishes then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 26, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I put the first picture up in the bathroom.   We got up at a reasonable hour and had breakfast.  Started the dishwasher and laundry.  Steve was fascinated by his desk. We grabbed the mail and headed out. We stopped by the rig twice. Drove to the Dewey post office to mail our letters.  At the trailer I defrosted the refrigerator. Mopped the bathroom floor.  Steve climbed up on the top and got some pics or the satellite dish. I readied the trailer for travel and we brought a few things. I think we just about have everything. At home I fished the laundry.  Took a little snooze.  Er BBQ'ed chicken for dinner. Steve was fairly quiet not sure if he is pissed off as usual or depressed.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.  I hope we have a day off tomorrow.   

February 25, 2022 Irchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 I never thought I would say this but I am sick of shopping.  Finally the desk is in the house.  I am so sick of hearing about the desk.   We got up leisurely.  Steve decided he needed a break from shopping and moving so we drove to Cottonwood to look at cars.  At Hyundai and Jones Ford. We went to Prescott Subaru and drove the outback and so far we like the Edge, Outback or the Murano.  For the first time we actually looked and didn't buy.  Then we went ti Costco and picked up a few things and got a check for our rewards.  $918.  And change.  Then Hobby Lobby  and finally . Came back and stopped at the dog park.   Home to unload and unpack all the amazon pkgs that came.  Dinner and dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 24, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 This was a horrible day.  I got fairly early.  My routines are all screwed up.  I was planning on working on the craft room.  Steve who had no plans lied.  Sophie had gas all day and Steve was out of sorts.  This place does not feel like home yet.  I took Sophie for a walk so she could try and pass some gas.  When I got back Steve was staining the desk.  We were supposed to go to the cargo trailer and finish going through boxes.   Of course I fell and cut my finger pretty bad. Steve was mad I wouldn't let him help me get up right away but I wanted to make sure nothing was broken.   He threw some bandaids at me. He has no compassion.   Finally since it was bleeding profusely he helped get it covered.   We went home.  He must have diaheria.   Finally he took me to the trailer to get bandages.  No key so we went back home he slipped on the ice and spilled all our pills.  Finally we got the bandaids came back.  He had soup for dinner and I had a tuna sandwich.  I cleaned up the kitchen .Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Feburary 23, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Well rmexcept for small things we are pretty much moved.  We got up leisurely enjoyed out breakfast and coffee.  I had to get up at 1:30 and take Sophievout to pee.  About 11:30 we ran errands and stopped by the rig to grab all the frozen food and all the food in the refrigerator.   Then we made a mad dash back home and put it all away.  We had a late lunch.  I got some sewing in and took the dogs for a walk.  It snowed most of the day.  There was some accumulation but it is already starting to melt.  Sunny and cold tomorrow.   We had leftover ravoli lasagna and apple salad for dinner.  Dishes and finally it was time TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 22, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 Interesting day.  We got up fairly early as the DirecTV guy was coming at 8.  Promptly at 8 he walked in.  Got my TV running and was gone in less than 5 minutes.  We piddled around then decided to hit lowes and bed bath and beyond.  It is very cold. Here .  We got our errands done. We grabbed some food at the rig and clothes.  Then back home.  We had a small tussle over where the garbage can belonged. Steve wanted to out it under the breakfast bar where the bar stools go.  He asked me and when I didn't agree he had an issue. Why bother to ask.  So we had lunch and a very quiet afternoon.   Then we went out to the dp and mail. Steve hit a post on the carport and mangled it.  When we got back he came out of his funk. I stitched most of the afternoon.   It was nice.  The day was dreary and we are expecting tomorrow.   Steve ordered end tables and a coffee table.  They should be here shortly.   Finally after dinner of hamburgers which I ended up frying it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 21, 2022 Orchard Ranch Home, Dewey AZ

 We are spending our first night in our new place. We are semi moved in and finding it hard to live in two places.  Direct came in and couldn't get the TV to work but about 7:30 at least Steve's was going. I did laundry while we were waiting and put away a few more things.   I was up at 5:30 and Steve had coffee waiting. So I made the sauce and casserole for the dinner.  Steve wanted to eat and sleep at the new place.  I need to establish new routines.  It does not feel like home yet but it will. We actually sat out in the front room till it was time to go to bed.  There was no TV and only a little cuddling with the dogs.  We are in our old/new bed at 9:30.

February 20, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up and got ready to go to the church here at the park. Steve actually served me breakfast even though it was cinnamon toast.  It was music Sunday at church.  It was ok but they didn't sing any of the songs I knew.  Everyone was very friendly.   Not sure I want to go back.  Then back to the rig to get another load.  Dropped it off at the house.  Then if to the dog park.  We went to Office Max Walmart and Frys.  By the time we got back it was too late to make the spaghetti sauce.  So unfortunately for Steve we had grilled cheese and jello salad.  Finally after dishes it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 19, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Another busy day. We got up and had breakfast.  Then off to Lowes and Walmart.  Nikki sold the shipping container which took some strain off Steve. We dropped the groceries off at the house and made the bed. Then back to the house to chill.  We BBQ'ed hot dogs and they were very good. Dishes and finally TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 18, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up relatively early. I made Steve eggs for breakfast.  Then we found a desk on Facebook market place. We went to Costco and bought a bundle of necessities for the house. Vacuum coffeepot.  And much.  Then we went to Prescott to pick up the roll top desk. The guy was really nice.  Steve the expert negotiator tried to pay him $50 but the guy initiated on $40.  He even gave us a oak file cabinet. Then we drove it back to the house. Ralph down the street helped us off load it.  Steve insisted we put up both TV's. Direct TV is coming on Monday.  We hope to be sleeping in the house by Tuesday or Wednesday.  The trailer goes to Big O on Thursday for repair on the tire.  Tomorrow we will hit up Walmart.  We came back to the house and jumped in the Teryx.  We took the dogs to the dog park and I watered Colleen's plants.  Then home to relax.  We BBQ'ed BBQ'ed tritip for dinner.  Dishes and finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 17, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up on the late side.   Breakfast. Chores and then off to the furniture stores to look for desks and sleeper sofas.   Back for lunch and off to the storage shed and over to the house to unload.   Back to the house to rest then BBQ'ed chicken for dinner . Dishes and finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs and stitching. 

February 16, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We are at o dark thirty to get ready for our doctor appointment.  I like the nurse practitioner but they ran some weird tests on us which we both failed miserably as we are both very overweight.   We bot

h have to go in for ultrasounds at some point.we were out if there by 10 AM.   Then home and over to the house for the arrival of our furniture.   It got there about 1pm. I finished up with the lining of the shelves.   The previous owner left a cast iron skillet and a couple of other things.  We dropped the off at the sales office.  Then home where I cleaned out the back bathroom and under the bed and the sewing cabinet.   We made an appointment with DirecTV to come on Monday.  So by Tuesday we should be sleeping over there providing we can get bedding. Then Steve made another trip over there but we have alot more to take over there.  Dinner dishes and it  was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   

February 15, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Today we got moving early.  We each went to the dentist.  They were excited by my oral health.   I don't really like Aspen dental.  Too Corporate for me.  Then over to get propane.  Back home for burgers at the truck. Then we went over to the house.  Steve had a fit over his shirts which he can't wear as they are too tight but he was determined to keep. Steve put the bed together.    Alan and Christine came by to visit.  The the sulker came home. We were not really hungry after those burgers.   Dishes and finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 14, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Valentine's Day 2022.  We got up about 7. Worked on unpacking most of the day.  We left the house about 1:30. I did three loads of laundry.  So nice to be able to do something else while laundry is going.  We rested at the trailer. I put the garbage out at our place and Colleen's. Then my Valentine took me to dinner at Left T's. Yummy. Finally after a few chores it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   I remembered why it wanted to go full time.  Steve will not get rid of anything.  He must be a closet hoarder.  We bought a set of shelves for Steve's junk drawers.  

February 13, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up about 7 and had breakfast.  We took the dogs and went over to the house. I ran my first load of clothes. More tomorrow.   I continued to line shelves. We left about 1:30. We came home and started our super bowl party with pigs in a blanket.  We watched the super bowl.  I stitched.  We had left over meatloaf.  My team won.  Go Matt Stafford.   The game ended about 8:15. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 12, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We are glad to be back. Steve has calmed down. We were up early. Went down to the house. I lined the shelves in the kitchen and Steve brought the last of the tubs down. He put up one set of shelves. We quit about 12 and decided to go shopping.   We bought a credenza to put the TV on in the living room.   Then we had lunch at Del Taco. Then we checked out Three sisters consignment store.  Their stuff was suitable for a castle.  Then Harbor Freight.  Finally walmat.  We went back to the house to drop off stuff.  We took the dogs to the dog park then back to the trailer.  Dinner dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   Hazel was finally able to leave the bone unattended.   

February 11, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ Dewey Ranch

 We got up at 6:30 and had breakfast at the Quality Inn.  Then we were on the way.  It was about 210 miles.  We got here about 1 pm. We went directly to the office and took care of business.  Then the dog park.  We came back to the trailer and out everything away.  Then we put the trailer back in storage.  We unloaded some stuff.  Steve traveled the bumpy roads way too fast and the load shifted. One cabinet fell apart yeah.  The TV fell which I knew would.  We took a few things to the house. We got the water turned on but the hot water is another story.  I watered the plants at Colleen's and we quit about 4:30. Trip to the mailbox and dog park.  Stevevtole me I smelled bad and so I immediately took a shower.  Then dinner dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.  Hazel didn't want to cuddle.

February 10, 2022 Quality Inn, Needles CA

 It was a really long day today.  We drove 418 miles after leaving Park Sierra. Steve rousted me out of bed at 6:30. We were going to have breakfast at Denny's in Oakhurst but it was closed.  So we went to the Fairway Cafe at Yosemite Lakes Golf Course.  We had their special .  Really good.  Then went the park and started pulling things out of the storage shed.  We worked til about 11:30 then took a tour around the park.  We sat and  chatted with Larry Kroeger for awhile.  Then we were off after getting our mail and a trip to the dog park.   We left about 12:30.  We stopped several times for breaks. At 4:30 we were at Kramer's Corner for gas. We got subway sandwiches for dinner fed the dogs and walked them and were on the road again.  We were in the room about 8:30 a d dig tired.

February 9, 2022 Vista Yosemite, Oakhurst CA

We were up bright and early and we were off to the storage container.  We stopped at McDonald's for breakfast.  We found the storage container and began work.  We found the owner. He is moving ahead with renovations and wanted the shipping containers moved and/gone so we took more stuff than we planned.   We finished up about 2:30. As we were finishing up Steve noted that he had a flat.  Another valve stem.  We were about a mile from Big O. So the fixed it right up.  We left there about 3:30.  We took 49 .  The GPS directed us to take Tonzi Rd.  We wanted to get back to 99. It turned out to be a one lane country road. We could on go about 10 mph.  I bet we drove an extra 50 miles out of our way. We probably drove about 200 miles.We stopped for potty break and another stop to feed the dogs . We arrived in our spot in Coarsegold about 7:30.  Steve realized that he did not have his key to the shed.  I fortunately had an extra.  Then we stopped for gas at the Casino.  Finally made it to the motel which was a slight upgrade to the last one but not by much. I finally took a much needed shower. Our dinner was half of a PBJ. It is almost time to cuddle with the dog.  

February 8, 2022 Old McCrumb Homestead, Placerville CA

 We got up super early today. Stevecwas up at 4 and I got up at 5:30.  He had held of our things in the truck already.  The dogs had been potty and I got ready really fast.  We were on the road by a little after 6.  Traffic was bumper to bumper due to an accident.   We got here about one and started packing things in the trailer.  Then Glenda and Tom came over for a visit.  Steve and I got the rest packed.  Nikki came home with the girls . Steph and her kids came over and we all went to Habit burger for dinner.   Back to the house for cuddles with the dogs. More packing tomorrow.   

February 7, 2022 LaQuinta Inn, Bakersfield CA

 We are enroute to pick up our things for our new house.  We left about 8 . We drove490 miles.   We stopped for gas a couple of times and lunch and a nap for Steve.  We arrived here about 4:30.  We found a place in the back .  Hope it will be ok.  We walked in the room and there was only the bed and 1 chair TV and desk.  Thank God we are only here for a night.  We walked over to IHOP for dinner leaving the dogs in the room.  I stitched and Steve watched TV.  Now it is time for a bath then cuddle with the dogs.   It is a King size bed . I wonder if I will get any space.

February 6, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Not much to report. Steve went  to the house and the cargo trailer to put the finishing touches before we leave.  I packed clothes and food and did chores.  I made lunch.  Stitched and watched TV for a while then we took a Teryx ride.  And dropped the Teryx off at the house.  Went and got gas.  Then BBQ'ed hamburgers for dinner.  Dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 4, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Well the house finally closed.  I got up and dressed and Steve took me to the laundry room.  6 loads later and 4 hours later I was done.  Steve came and got me about 1:30. He finally got the keys to the house.  He was an asshole when he picked me up.  He was slamming doors .  I wanted to have some lunch. I put away all the clothes except Stevevas apparently he doesn't know where the towel are kept. I don't know what set him off but as usual I was the whipping post.   We went to the ups store to return the phone case. The we got propane.  Came back and I made the bed then we went to the storage and got the chairs and a few things that Steve thought we should take to the house immediately. Another trip to the dog park and we came home.  Dinner dishes and it was finally time to retreat to the bedroom for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 3, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We had a nice visit with Ken and Maureen Klecker.  They came about 10 am from the phoenix area.  Steve decided that while we were waiting for them he would see if he ciuld get  a second storage spot for the rig.  They had one.  We decided to give up our spot in Coarsegold.   We just don't go there often enough to warrant keeping it. We sat and visited for awhile then went to Casa Perez for lunch.  Then we gave then a tour of the greater Prescott area.  They left about 3.  We took the dogs to the dog park. I wish I could tolerate Maureen  longer.  We had dinner and dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

February 2, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We signed the papers today for the park model.  It took overan hour.  Then we did a walk through.  Back home we went down to put the small trailer in storage and move the cargo trailer out further.  Then off for errands. Stopped at uHaul to get a box for the TV. We had lunch at Firehouse subs. Then Lowes to get a shop vac for Steve.  Walmart for groceries. Then back to rig . Steve took the truck in for servicing.   Gas and propane.   Home to hand out .  Dinner was tacos.  Dishes finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   It was freezing  today with a wind chill factor.

February 1, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 It is a new month.  We got up rather early. Steve got up a 4.  We decided to run some errands.  We got the amount that we needed to wire to the bank. Jane was supposed to call at 10. So disappointing her customer service.  We dropped it off at the Title company.  We both got hair cuts. Went to Fry's.   We were supposed to meet with Jane to sign papers.  The papers didn't come. Steve was pissed.  We went home and the groceries away. We had lunch.  I watched some TV.  We took a Teryx ride.  They called to schedule a meeting tomorrow morning early to sign papers and get them notarized.  We will close on schedule.  Colleen and Mike came for dinner we BBQ'ed a tri-tip.  Dishes.  They visited for awhile.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.
