May 8, 2021 Murfreesboro RV Park, Murfreesboro AR

Well we spent the day touring the area.  We got up leisurely had breakfast and made a few reservations.   I got in a short walk which I need to do more of.  Then we went to lunch at the Crusted Loaf which was very good.  Then we drove around exploring the area. We actually agreed on what we were looking for in houses.  I told Steve that I was ready to get serious about looking for a house.  Within the next two years.  Then we decided to go to Arkadelphia about 35 miles away.   It is a college town. We checked out crater of diamonds state park. We got back about 5 :00. We chilled til dinner.   Dishes and we  sat outside for awhile.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

We got up fairly early.  We traded spots at 5.  I slept till 7:15.  We left Eureka Springs heading to Huntsville.   Steve decided not to listen to the GPS and not turn.  Not sure why he thinks he needs the Garmen.  So we took an alternate route thru Huntsville.  We also got on the wrong highway after we stopped for a potty stop where asshole Steve made an appearance. We stopped for lunch.  We arrived in Murfreesboro about 3:30.  We got set up.  I took the dogs for a walk.  We checked in and the took it easy until dinner.  Then dishes and finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

May 5, 2021 Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs AR

It was a quite day at the park.  We got up about 8.  We had breakfast and did chores.  I took my walk Steve tried to help the neighbor with the battery on his motorcycle.   Then Steve tried to put his motorcycle in the trailer and guess what Steve's motorcycle had a dead battery.   While that was charging we had lunch and I made the tuna salad for tomorrow 's lunch.  I actually got a tiny bit of sewing done.  We are pretty much ready to take off in the morning.   We made a quick run to town to go to the quilt store.  Steve was very nice to take me.  Then we me the Etzel's in Berryville to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.   We topped the gas tank off and headed home.  Berryville is a very nice town.  Back at the rig and it was time to climb on the bed for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

We got up early and were out the door by nine.  We stopped at the office to talk to the owners regarding work campers.   It sounds very promising for next year.  Then we decided to check out Blue Eye.  Once we did that we went to a quilt store in Branson.  I am in love!  And I will be back.  I definitely got my quilt on.  Then we headed to Cassville. On our way there we stopped at a pharmacy so that Steve could get some claritin D.  And in the same strip mall in West Branson called the quilted cow.  Another love affair in the making .  The on to caseville for lunch or Subway.  It was cold and rainy all day.  Then we circled on to Bentonville to see Walmart town.  We got home about 4.  Steve ear is bothering him again.  So even with a fever it would be stupid to go to the doctor.   Guess we will wait and see who is stupider.  We had left overs for dinner.  Dishes were done and coffee made.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

May 3, 2021 Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs AR

Busy day today.  We got up and breakfast. About 9:30 we trudged up to the trolley station right in front of the park.  We jumped on the blue trolley and rode up to the trolley depot.  We then decided to walk up to the quilt store.  And I do mean up.  We gave up when we hit a trolley stop. The purple trolley came by and we jumped on.  He took us out to see the thorn crown chapel.  Which was gorgeous.   The purple trolley Came back to pick us up.  He took us to the place where the historic tram ride leaves from.  We sat there for about an hour waiting.   At one we jumped on the tram and went around  Eureka Springs and saw all the wonderful Victorian homes and historic buildings.   We heard all about the healing waters in the area.  Once we got back to the transfer station we got to talking to a guy from Portland.   We got on the blue trolley and rode back to the park.  We got off at the park.  Then we chilled for awhile. We decided to go to the Rockin Pig for dinner.  We walked in and there was the guy from Portland we talked on the blue trolley.   It was a great dinner and the food was excellent.  However it was 50 for 2 burgers and fries.  We stopped at Harts Grocery . First real grocery we have seen in awhile.   We came home and Steve helped the neighbor charge his battery on his trike.  I came in and settled in on bed for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

May 2, 2021 Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs, AR

Well the day was overcast.  We got up and I fixed breakfast.   Steve was in a little better mood.  He hasn't taken any sudafed in a few days.  I am thinking maybe withdrawal symptoms.   After breakfast I took my walk.  We then took a short drive to check out a few things . We checked out the Passion Play area.  Christ of the Ozarks and downtown Eureka Springs.  Then we went to Berryville to the Walmart.   A pretty well stocked Walmart.  We came home and I sorted the Laundry and drug myself down to the place where they wash clothes.  Done by 5.  Then fixed our dinner of leftover  ravioli lasagna.   It was ok.  Dishes.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

May 1, 2921 Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs AR

Today we start a brand new month.  We got up leisurely intending to leave at 10.  We could not check in until 2 but we were out of there shortly after 9.  We drove about 135 miles.  We avoided the turnpike again.  We were supposed to stop for lunch but could not find a place big enough  to pull off.  We arrived about 1:30.  We had used Steve's card to book the reservation.  When they went to run the balance the card declined.  Guess you can't catch everything.   So we got everything straightened out.  We got our spot and got set up.  Then all hell broke loose.   Steve mentioned that he wanted to go on a ride.  I guess I looked at him funny.  So he sulked the rest of the afternoon. I finished mopping the back. And the ramp.  He napped apparently to make me mad.  When that didn't happen he went outside to punish me.  I made sure I expressed my displeasure.   We put the ramp back up as it is supposed to rain tomorrow.  Then since the  2 year old couldn't be found so the dogs and I took a Mile  walk around the park.   He had returned when I got back.  We had food truck leftovers fixed by none other than the sulker.  Maddening. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.
