November 3, 2020 Page Lake Powell RV Resort, Page AZ

 We had a quiet day around the trailer.  Steve was going to go on a motorcycle ride.   The weather threatened rain all morning.   So we watched game shows most of the morning.   I sewed on my table runner.  It went together quite well.   I actually finished the top of it.  I even worked some crossword puzzles.   Now I  am going to out the top of the charming Christmas together.  Things are finally moving forward with the sewing projects.  I fixed meatloaf which turned out okay.  After dishes it was time to leave Steve with the election results.  He was wide awake at 4 due to the anticipation of the election.   I went up to the bedroom for TV and cuddles with the dogs.

November 2, 2020 Page Lake Powell RV Resort, P

 Today did not go as planned.  I said ccx we should hang out around the house.  Steve who never changes the plan agreed.  So we got  up leisurely and had breakfast and coffee.  Then after chores Steve wanted to take a quick ride to Antelope Point to check the area .  We decided not to take the boat out since it was not a "cozy " lake.  Then we took Hwy 98 toward the junction of 160.  The scenery was magnificent.   Very colorful.   Once on 160 we turned right and headed back to Page on 89.   We drove about at least 200 miles.   We got back and made a quick trip to Walmart.   Picked up some chinese takeout.  This are is pretty much closed up for eating out.   The Chinese restaurant was rated for a 3.1 and that's what they deserved. Once we ate the take out.  Steve went out to carve.  I did some cutting.   Walked and fed the dogs.  Then it was time for TV and cuddles.   

November 1, 2020 Page Lake Powell RV Resort, Page AZ

 First day of November.  We didn't get to fall back.  We are the same time as we were yesterday  while everyone else got an extra hour of sleep.  We got up late and I made biscuits and gravy for breakfast.   Cleaned up the mess.  Steve decided that we would stay in.  How convenient that it is Sunday and football is on all day today.  After cleaning up the breakfast mess I made the bed and  brushed my teeth.  The the dogs and I took a walk around the park. I decided to put a decorative stitch around the arm chair covers so they would not fray as easily.   Then I worked on my last Santa table runner block.  Finally we did a small BBQ of brats. Then it was time  for TV and cuddles for the rest of the evening. 

October 31, 2020 Page Lake Powell RV Resort, Page AZ

 Well Happy Halloween.   Last day of the month.  We got up leisurely had breakfast and coffee and lounged around till 10 ish.  We put the finishing touches on setting up. I walked the dogs.  Then we rode over to Wahweap Marina and Campground where we camped 10 years ago. Then we modeled around and checked out the area.  We had lunch at another Burger King.   Then Safeway.  Back to the rig where we chilled some more.  It was a hard drive yesterday.  Finally we walked the dogs in the park.  A pork steak BBQ then dishes. Finally TV and cuddles. 

October 30, 2020 Page Lake Powell RV Resort, Page AZ

 We did alot of driving today.  We traveled 335 miles stopping once for gas and once for lunch outside of St. George.   It was beautiful scenery but very boring tiring  ride.  We too 160 to 15 to 9 to 59 to 89A to 89 into Page.  We got here about 2: 45.  We set up.  Walked the dogs.  Then crashed.  We had fried egg sandwiches.   Finally it was time for TV and cuddles. 

October 29, 2020 Preferred RV Resort, Parhump NV

 Today we worked.  We got everything packed up. I packed up the sewing machine.  Steve took the truck out for air, wash, and gas.  Steve got everything shined and spit polished.  The motorcycle is loaded.  Three loads of laundry got washed dried and folded .  Put away.  We are ready to head off to Page bright and early tomorrow morning.   Steve seems to be in good spirits.   We had crescent wrapped cheese stuffed hotdogs for dinner.  Dishes were done.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles.   Will put the final touches on packing tonight.   

October 28, 2020 Preferred RV Resort, Pahrump NV

 We got up early today 7.  We on the road by 8.  We stopped at McDonald's.   Then we hit the road for Death Valley.   It actually wasn't far. We stopped at Dante's Peak.  Furnace Creek Mesquite sand dunes and stove pipe wells.  We stopped for lunch on the Artist Palette drive which was quite interesting.  Last stop was Badwater Basin.   Then we checked out the house

that Candy made an offer on.  51 Charleston View.  We stopped for gas .  Then back to the rig for a quick walk with the dogs.  We visited with the neighbors for awhile.  Steve has been very moody.  He hardly uttered 10 words the last two hours if the trip.   He claims he is not mad  but still not alot of talking.  Since we had no conversation I doubt it was something I said.  Right before dinner he decided it was necessary  for him to start putting things up in the loft.  Cleanup starts earlier every year.  After dishes it was time for TV and cuddles.
