January 31, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 Last day of the first day of the year.  Well fingers crossed Friday we should be in the new house.  We got up pretty early to go to Casa Grande to pick up the Teryx.  Left about 8:30 arrived about 10:30.  Steve loaded the Teryx while I took the dogs to the dog park.  Then we dropped the trailer.  The gang all met at Sandy's and we went to Culver's for lunch.  We left there abou 1 pm. We got back about 3.  The we dropped the teryx and trailer then went to storage and moved the cargo trailer back closer to the wall.  A Teryx ride to the dog park and we went home for dinner dishes and finally TV it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

January 30, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up early so that we were ready for the Fords for a bisquits and gravy breakfast.   The stayed and chatted. Steve and Mike hooked up the trailer so that we can go get the teryx. They left about 12:30.  I worked on preparing my next stitching project.  We BBQ'ed hot dogs and had a nice time watching two championship football games.   Steve and Larry both lost.  

January 29, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park

 Well we are truly broke now.  We went nuts at the furniture store.   Sofa loveseat. Bedroom set and Mattress. Then over to Finicky's for chairs. Finally Safeway.  Back to the rig via the dog park.  We put away the groceries then dropped the furniture from Finicky's in the cargo trailer.  Back to the rig to have lunch. I made dinner and hung out.  We ate early.  Went to card Bingo and made our donation.  Colleen brought us home. Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

January 28 , 2022 Irchard Ranch

 The first month of the year is about over with.  Colleen and I went to JoAnn's and took advantage of the sale on fleece.  I even bought a piece myself.  Direct TV came and we have TV.   Steve is happy.  We hung out at the house the rest of the day. We talked to Winegard about the receiver.  We made hotel reservations for our run to CA. Hazel slept in my lap for at least two  hours while I worked crossword puzzles.  Then we BBQ'ED steak for dinner.  Dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.   

January 27, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 We got up fairly early and had breakfast we went and aired our grievances at the sales office with Renee.  We dropped some things off at the cargo  trailer. The checked out the truck fit at the new house.  Bent the downspout.  Then headed to the Stepping stones Thrift store.  We walked thru there.  Then Mattress Firm to look at mattresses.  Lenscrafters.  Costco then home for a quick lunch.  We went and got our mail at Colleen's.  I left my phone there .  Back to Colleens.  Dinner dishes and finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.  

January 26, 2022 Orchard Ranch RV Park, Dewey AZ

 What a day.  We left Fiesta Grande about 9:30.  About 25 miles from Orchard Ranch we started smoking . We pulled over and the back trailer tire was flat.  Steve got the old one off.  Somehow he crinkled the side of the trailer and broke the holder bracket for the calipers.   He had me call good Sam roadside assistance.   Then some guys from Arizona DOT stopped and helped us get back on the road.  Finally  2 hours later we made it home. Everybody was happy to see us. We got set up and then I spent a hour on the phone with DirecTV.   Won't have satelite til Friday . Dinner and dishes.  Finally it was time for TV and cuddles with the dogs. 

January 25, 2022 Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande AZ .

 Our last day here was catastrophic.   The coffee pot died. Finally.   Have been waiting a long time for this day.  We had to drink instant. Ugh.  Once we got motivated we readied the rig.  Steve dumped and we put the motorcycle in.  Packed what we could.  Found out the closing date will be Feb. 4th.  So ready to get out of the trailer.   We took a tour of the park in the Teryx and said our goodbyes.   So sad.  Ran to Walmart for a new coffee pot.  Red .  Then home and off to Dairy Queen to celebrate Betty 'a Birthday.   Stopped for propane and gas for the truck.  Threw a hissy fit because the cross stitch would not come out right.  Must have ripped it out 5 times.  Took the Teryx to Sandy's and visited with them.  Back for quick bite for dinner.  Dishes and it was finally time for TV and cuddles with the dogs.
