Friday October 23, 2026, Preferred RV Park, Parhump NV

 Woke up about 7,  crackers chores spinning and part of a crossword . Then we jumped in the car and headed to Mom's for breakfast with Candy and Art. Stopped at home depot and back home for TV and stitching . I think we are ready for the trip to be over.  Steve was very quiet so I let him mope. He has come out of it.

Thursday, October 22, 2026, Preferred RV Park, Parhump NV

 We up early. Breakfast and chores. We were packed and leaving at 8:30.  We were lucky to miss the rain packing  and setting up. We took the long way around going up towards Tonaph and cutting over to 95. Very desolate out there.  We arrived about 2. We stopped twice. Once for potty.  Once for potty lunch and Deisel.  No flooding but some big puddles.  I  read most of the way.   Set up. Then TV and stitching and football the rest ofcthe day. Sophie got sick at the entry just like the last time.

Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Highlands RV Park, Bishop CA

 Got up about 8, Breakfast, chores and crosswords and spinning . Got dressed about 11:30. Overcast most of the day. Raining now. Stayed in the trailer all day.  Organizing the unpacking . Just a week now before we are home. Off to Parhump tomorrow.   I think it is time to go home.

Tuesday October 20, 2026, Highland's RV Park Bishop CA

 We got up late. About 8:30. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning.  Then we headed out to Mahgony Meats  Schatz Bakery and Ace hardware.  Then home. Then TV and stitching the. Restvof the day. Sophie has learned to bark when she wants to go out or wants dinner.  Very annoying.

Monday October 19, 2026. Highlands RV Park, Bishop CA

 I got woke up at 6:30. Breakfast chores then the final packing and hookup. On the road by 8:30.  We drove about 225 miles. Stopped twice once for potty once for lunch and potty.  Arrived about 12:50. Got set up and realized Steve left the pressure guage in Tahoe. We found the nearest hardware store and got something that will work. Then home to finish setting up.  Then TV football and stitching. 

Sunday, October 18, 2026, Tahoe Valley Campground, South Lake Tahoe CA

 We slept in this morning.  I got up about 5. Could not go back to sleep.  Ended up reading for awhile. Back to sleep. Finally got up about 8:45. Breakfast chores crosswords. Half hour later  Becky and Nikki stopped on their way home to say a final good bye.  Then spinning and crosswords.  Got Dressed. Then Stephanie and her group stopped by to say goodbye.  They stayed about a half an hour.   Finally we were alone for stitching and football.  Started packing up and preparing for our departue.  10 days and counting. 

Saturday, October 17, 2026, Tahoe Valley Campground, South Lake Tahoe CA

 Got up about 8. Yay!  Crackers Coffee . Steve wanted bacon an Eggs. Made those. Then spinning.  Crosswords.  Dressed by 11.  Then TV and stitching till it was time to met kids and grandkids at Round table for pizza at 4.  Home by 5:30.  Then TV and stitching the rest of the night.
