out 7. Breakfast chores crosswords and spinning. Steve caught up on some things outside. Then lifted weights. Finally after lunch we took the dogs to get their nails clipped. The picked up prescriptions and groceries at Safeway. Came home to put the groceries away. Then TV and stitching the rest of the day
