4 down and 4 to go. I am sick of the all day happy hours, fight with the flies and trying to keep track of the dogs. We got up early and I immediately baked my first batch of rolls. We had a community breakfast. Just grilled bacon eggs and hashbrowns. Then we ground up 17 lbs of chicken and 4 lbs of bacon to make chicken burgers. We made 50 patties approximately in two sessions. We grabbed a snack about 2 had a late dinner with everyone. Justin smoked a brisket. More people came when it was time to eat. I went to bring Shirley some sugar and she was in the camper crying cause there was so much friction in the family. We sat by the fire til almost 10. Then Steve went to watch the fireworks while I crashed in the recliner.
