SWe celebrated Steve's 66th Birthday today. We got up and were ready to hit the road by 8:30. We headed south on 321 and drove through the beautiful Smokey Mountain National Park. It was nice but the forest was so green and so dense it was hard to get a striking picture. Then we continued to the Wheels Through Time Museum in . Maggie Valley. It was absolutely fabulous. We saw and learned a lot. About Cadillac v Lincoln. Then as we left we decided to call and find a doggie daycare for the girls on Wednesday so we can enjoy the Tour of the Biltmore Hotel. After making the appointment and filling out all the paperwork we decided to check it out in person. It was OK and the dogs seemed happy there. It was clean. We took a quick trip to the Biltmore We left there and headed back to Pigeon Forge for dinner at Huck Finn's. Steve had catfish and shrimp and I had fried clams. It was yummy.
Then home for relaxation and TV. We will top the day off with dessert tomorrow.
