July 10, 2020 Mt Vernon RV Campground, Bow WA

Well another day when I thought I was going to be able to sew and didn't.  We got up about 7 and we slept on the couch til almost 9.  We ate breakfast then decided to take a trip down memory  lane for me. First we went by the Ford Deakership in Burlington,  a quick stop at the Harley store and an attempt to get an appointment at another auto place.  They do  drop off service only.  We decided to go to Anacortes first.  We went by the house on Parkside Drive.   6006.  Things have sure changed.  Then we took the loop road in Washington Park.  Then D avenue over to Deception Pass and on over to Whidbey Island and Oak Harbor.   We took Auld Field Rd.  Crosby to Heller.  We should have gone all the way to Heller to turn onto to Loerland Lane where Ed and I lived.  Then Swantown to West Beach Road.  Up Ft Nugent to 20 and back to Burlington.  We continued on 20 to Sedro Woolley.   We drove by North Cascade Quick Lube and they were empty so we had the car serviced and fuel filter replacement.   They even fixed the window washers. Steve was very pleased.   The check engine light went off.  Then all of a sudden Steve spotted the camping world flag and decided to get a surge protector which I am glad about.  Finally after a dog park stop we went back to the rig.  We hung out for awhile then dinner and sat by the fire.  Finally time for TV and cuddles.
