July 13, 2020 Mt. Vernon RV Campground, Bow WA

One more day and we are headed over to othello to burn up for 11 days. We got up again.  I slept on the sofa from 8 to 9:30.  Then Steve decided that we should check out Mt Baker.   We picked up the mail at the Bow Post Office then continued up Chuckanut drive to Bellingham.   We got on Hwy 542  to Mt Baker.  The road dead ends at the ski lodge.  Then back down to Sedro Woolley.   Cook road to 5 and back to the rid with a stop at the rig.  I started sewing block 9.  We ate BBQ hot dogs which was actually pretty good.  Then I finished sewing the blocks which made me nuts trying to get the pieces sewed together right.  Finished up after 8 and it was more than time for TV and cuddles.
