We got up at 8 again. We got ready pretty fast as we had decided to have breakfast out. I wanted to go to the Courthouse Whistlestop but I was over ruled. We went to Lone star Charlie 's Family diner. Big mistake. Sausage was overcooked and the eggs were undercooked. Service was very slow and the cook was new.
Once we left there we went to Walmart to pick up a few groceries. Betty and I decided to make the same thing for dinner. Bacon cheeseburger casserole.
Once we ere back and groceries put away I walked the dogs as Hazel still owed me a poop. Once I got back I walked down to the thrift and gift and went wild at their half price sale. 9 new tops for 9 dollars. Then I sewed for a couple of hours and Steve did some carving. We took the dogs to the dog park where they stood around instead of doing their business. Back to the rig to make dinner. A new casserole. It needed more time in the oven. It was a keto recipe from Betty. We were texting back and forth. Really cool. Dishes and more sewing as I wanted to get to the half way point in my block making. After that it was TV and games and eventually bed.
It looks like the trailer will go in on Tuesday for repairs and we will be back on the road. Fingers and toes crossed. Prayers.
