May 4, 2019 Rainbow's End RV Park, Livingston TX

It turned out to be a very interesting day. We got up leisurely and did our chores.  I made the bed and got dressed.  Steve was dragging his feet about taking the dog for a walk probably hoping I would do the deed.  I started sewing and Steve decided to carve and paint.   About 12:30 we decided to take a drive to Galveston.   Which we did.  It was really cool.  We ended up taking a ferry from Galveston  to Port of Bolivar   Where all the houses are on stilts. Even the schools.  From there we went to Port Arthur. From there we went through Beaumont then on to Lumberton where we had dinner at Hamburger Depot. Then 40 minutes back to the rig.  Walked the dogs.  TV and games.  Shower later.
