Another say on the farm. A new month beginning. We got up late as usual and had breakfast. No one seemed excited about going out for breakfast this morning. Steve and Steve went to check out some cornfields along with Shirley and Paul. Tami and I went to Walmart and Fairway grocery store. I got drinks at Walmart and meat and other groceries at Fairway. They had delicious meats and I stocked up. We are going back for more tomorrow. We got back and sorted through all the groceries and I had them almost put away when Steve got back. He sounded like they had a really good time though the smell at the high confinement was pungent.
We had lunch. We went out to chat with the group. Steve H decided to go repair the culvert at Brian's house. We chatted for quite awhile then the wind came up and the sky got back so we all ran in the campers. An half hour later we rejoined the group outside. We chatted until dinner and the BBQ'ed some delicious thick cut pork chop. We reconvened outside once I finished with the dishes. Steve called it an early night so he could get in his requisite TV hours in. So it was my time for TV and games.
