July 18, 2019 Mountain Views at Rivers Edge, Creede CO

I had a pleasant surprise on the scale this morning.   Down 207.8! Now to keep that off and continue on the downward trend.  I have been walking more this week. I have taken over the go walking for Steve who continues to struggle for air.
I was up early since Steve can't be quiet to save himself.   Morning chores then a couple of hours of sewing. I went and got Sandy and after dumping the garbage we headed to the Carver's for lunch.  If course  Steve was finished since he didn't get the phone message. After lunch Sandy and I  headed down town. I went to coffee on the fly fir a much needed mocha.  We hit the grocery store.  Then back to the rig to bead.  At three thirty I  dropped  Sandy off and went to the Carver's to pick up Steve.  He drove back.  Sewed for a short time and put the sewing part away.  At 6 we picked up Sandy and Alan for the banquet for the Carver's at the community center.  It was less than best.  They had an auction afterwards.  Back home for the nightly routine.  One more day and we are off to Blue Mesa. It has been fun here but we are ready to get to a lower elevation.
