July 8, 2019 I80 Lakeside Campground, North Platte, NE

We were up early again this morning.  The repair shop didn't open till 8 but we were ready atb7:30.  Steve was so upset that he couln't even eat much breakfast.  So we pulled down to the cement area on the side of the garage.  They had to get new springs in Omaha as the old ones were too bent up.  We alternated running the air conditioning  and going with the open windows.  Ine of the gus okdvtime clients knocked on our window and assured us that  the guy really knew his stuff.  The guy actually added a couple of layers to the spring as he could only find ones with 5 layers.  We were on our way by 1 :45.  I finished readying my book and played lots of words with friends. 
We drove 277 miles. Down Hwy

80.  We stopped for gas and a potty break.  I made and cancelled reservations as we traveled down the road.  Were went through a torrential downpour around Grand Island.  We even pulled off the road.  It is pouring here at the campground right now.  The dogs don't like it.  We ate dinner after 8.  Fried egg sandwiches.   Then I did dishes and retired to the bedroom for TV and games.
